  I originally booked a room for one night but had to cancel at the last moment because my mother lost her battle with ovarian cancer. No one answers the phone and when they do they don't care about you or anything and dismiss you like you are some bot. I filed a dispute and provided my mother's death certificate and they still fought it! Never ever thought that death by cancer would not be reasonable and a humane enough reason to allow cancellation on special circumstances. The mind-boggling part about it all was how there was a lack of any human decency or any customer service at all. I spent time calling corporate and they dismissed me like they wanted to go on their lunch break. Why would you stay here when there are plenty of other decent run motels and hotels in Beaver? Run by people with actual souls. Run by businesses who actually run a business they way it should be run. Whoever is managing the Butch Cassidy Inn has to be one of the coldest, cruelest and probably a defective human. DO NOT STAY HERE! Updated 4/10/2026 Your hotel wasn't made aware of the situation because whoever you have that works the front desk and "takes pride in their professionalism" doesn't answer the phone. My reservation was on February 16th, and it took me 2 days to even get someone to answer. I called the Best Western Corporate Customer Service line - even they tried to reach out to you but no one would answer the phone. Both your professional business and corporate played this by negligence. I guess it works out for your pocketbook when you just ignore something you don't want to deal with. I wish I could say the same for my mother who fought cancer for 3 years and succumbed to it. Wish she could just have ignored that. I wasted too much time trying to get a hold of your location and could not touch base with anyone. To the folks reading this outside of Beaver, see how they are handling this? Washing their hands guilt free. Unbelievable.

  This was our hotel on our last stop before heading back to Las Vegas. The hotel/motel is well located on the main street giving you walkable access to the restaurant's and one bar. The car park is quite small and exceptionally busy during our visit, but there are car parking spaces to the rear of the motel off to the side. The room was okay if not a little small and had a dated feel about it but was adequate. Complimentary breakfast was also included. During the night I felt a sharp stab in my leg and discovered the offending item shown in the photo. On checking out I gave it to the young female receptionist, explaining what had happened. To be told " wow that could be dangerous, I'll get rid of it. Have a good day" I'm not American so decide for yourself what you think of that? I left it at that and left. The marks re service equate to the fact we were simply checked in and there was a woman in the breakfast room but everything was self service. So not a great deal of service to judge.

  Traveling with pets, but was put into a room that absolutely stunk of flea powder. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1950s. Only stopped because it was late and the pass we had just driven through had a borderline snowstorm whiteout, and I didn't want to risk having to drive through another one that night.
