  The massage itself was excellent and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while, but the spa experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I expected from a Four Seasons. We were staying downtown Jackson at Rustic Inn Creekside, which has its own spa, but we chose to drive about 25 minutes to Teton Village specifically because the Four Seasons spa was presented as the better experience. I completely regret that decision and wish we had just stayed at Rustic Inn Creekside. The spa is tiny, overcrowded, and was not clean. There was hair throughout the shower areas, which is unacceptable at this price point and especially disappointing for a Four Seasons property. The relaxation area was so small that other guests were sitting on the same couches with us. It did not feel relaxing, private, or luxurious at all. The online photos are also very misleading. When you look at the spa offerings, you see photos of the beautiful outdoor pool and resort amenities, which makes it appear that these are part of the spa experience. They are not. If you are only coming for a spa appointment and are not staying at the hotel, you do not have access to the pool or outdoor areas. For day-spa guests, the amenities are basically a cold plunge, hot tub, and steam room, all indoors. That is it. For the Four Seasons name and pricing, this experience was a major letdown. The marketing makes the spa look far more extensive and luxurious than it actually is. I would absolutely not recommend making the drive from downtown Jackson just for this spa. There are better options.

  Regretably, the inside training of departments either needs to be revisited or changed because it simply does not meet the professional standards the Four Seasons brand is known for. The Security team (lost and found) is about as inept as they come- they’re not even shy about letting you know how uncommitted they are to their job. Front desk has an attitude reflective of that on which the hotel sits at and oh yes, I’ve reached out to their conference and meetings department 2 weeks ago- via email- and have yet to hear back from them….

  Howdy partner! Four Season's knows what's up in the world of customer service. The rooms are always well apointed and pristine. The Steadfire Grill is a great spot for dinner don't miss it! Take a tour of Yellowstone with Greg Harlow as your guide and you will catch all the high lights and a few hidden gems. Big shout out to Valentina from Housekeeping. She did an amazing job! Enjoy the use of the spa hot tub, sauna and cold plunge to start your day off right. This trip was the bomb-digity!
