  Absolutely amazing!! The beds were scrumptious!! The pillows, blankets, everything was so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delish… no negatives. Absolutely adored this place!!!!!!!

  The hotel was very clean and nice. The location is a lower rating for me. It’s conveniently located off the interstate, but if you are there vacationing in Sheridan, you have to drive to get downtown. It isn’t walking friendly to really anything at its location. I brought my own food, so did not have the breakfast, but it looked like your normal continental breakfast. I did not really deal with anybody besides checking in & that was great so I had no issues. I would stay here again if I were to come back!

  Caitlyn was incredible. She found pillows for my boys and took care of our every need. She’s a gem in the world of hotel stays. I highly recommend this warm, comfortable, and welcoming hotel.

  We were passing through on a road trip and stayed here for a night. The hotel is very nice seems like it was recently built or renovated, everything was crisp and clean. The front desk lady was super amazing and accommodating she helped us get a room with a view of the mountain for a great deal. The room was very spacious and comfortable for the most part. The only issue I had was the pillows for our room were very firm that made it quite uncomfortable to sleep at least for me. Other than that everything else was perfect, breakfast was tasty with a lot of good options from hot food to yougurt, breads some pastries, fruit, juice, including a pancake maker. Thank you!

  We booked this hotel online with Expedia. We're road tripping and this fit into our budget. The hotel looked brand new, clean and a good location. We are arrived about 4:30 and were told the room we booked wasn't clean even though check-in is 3:00. It was a handicapped room and we were asked if we could take a different room. Things got confused from here. We didn't purposely book a handicap room. We booked the room because it had a couch. We prefer that so we have a place to sit while awake that isn't the bed. A long and complicated discussion began with the reception worker. They didn't seem to understand our need was the couch. Kept telling us the pictures we saw on Expedia were wrong. Kept asking if we needed the handicap room. They became increasingly rude as these conversations continued. Finally we were able to see the room we booked, handicap but no couch. Another, thankfully shorter and less contentious, conversation was had and we received an upgrade to a room with a couch. Although we had to endure one more shot at how we booked with Expedia and how that makes it harder for them to help us. All terribly unnecessary. It could all have been resolved much quicker and with less rudeness. Soured our experience. Rooms are fine and hopefully the front desk staff issue will be addressed if anyone stays here next.
