  Great hotel... the staff was all friendly. The rooms were clean. My only small issues was the strong cleaning smell in one of the 3 rooms and room 203 did not have a towel hook in the bathroom. Also it would be nice to have a bettwr watter bottle fill station other than the water fountain in the gym, those are hard to get bottles full.

  My husband and I checked in this afternoon (6/26/2026) for one night. And we ABSOLUTELY love this Candlewood Suites hotel in Sheridan, WY. It is our very first time in Sheridan and at a Candlewood Suites hotel. This property is BEAUTIFUL. We cannot believe how spacious and well-equipped our room is! I had made the reservation via the Booking app and chose the Queen room with two beds without paying close attention to all that comes with the room. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised by the fully stocked kitchenette, walk-in shower, large bathroom with Dove products, and more-than-decent closet with hangers, iron, as well as a laundry basket. BONUS: the laundry facilities are free of charge! You have to pay for the detergent and fabric softener if you don't have your own, but you don't need to pay for the use of the washers and dryers! Holy moly! But better than the excellent state of our accommodation is the customer service at the front desk. We arrived more than an hour before the usual check-in time, but the staff were happy to check us in since our room was ready. Reneria Campbell, the General Manager, is also VERY sweet and kind. She has the perfect spirit of hospitality! We love this hotel!

  The only nice staff member was the General Manager or the Front Desk Manager. Whoever checked me in. She was very nice. The rest of the staff was Rude!! The lady that worked the evening shift would give my boyfriend very rude looks anytime he asked for anything. The older man that works in the morning was rude and had a bad attitude! I asked for a receipt and he said my rate code they don’t give a receipt and that’s not true because I can view my receipt on my IHG app. As a fellow IHG employee I would not stay here again!
