After working with more than a dozen hotel event professionals across Wyoming and Utah this year, Heather clearly stood above the rest. She greeted me promptly, showed me several meeting-room options, and thoroughly answered every question. She also explained the key details I needed to make a confident, informed decision about booking my event. Throughout the entire process, Heather was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend hosting your event here—you’ll be in highly capable hands with Heather.

From the time we walked in to see if they could accommodate our needs, the lady, (i think her name is Heather,), to checking in at the front desk with Abi, (who was exceptional), to the end of the event, the entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern. I did not hear 1 single complaint from anyone attending our event. 5 stars plus!!

I don’t know if Ashley was training a new girl but she was watching the girl struggle as we had quite a long check in you could feel the tension between them. We asked the new girl about shuttles posted on wall she said she didn’t know we would have to ask the other girl Ashley wouldn’t even look up at us so when we asked again she acted like we were bothering her she briefly explained wasn’t helpful so we didn’t bother. Other than that very happy with everything cleanliness breakfast hot tub. But… customer service is very important to me and it was terrible!!!
