Only downside was that since it was just one bed we could hear everything and everyone coming and going all night, and very early in the morning. Not really sure there is a lot they can do about this… Nice little breakfast in the morning.
- RRRolena Eliot (Ro)Aug 12, 20263.0My room was dirty, bedspread had a hole burned in it. Was supposed to be non smoking room. Floor was peeling, microwave was not cleaned. Noisy tenants. Parking lot was trash strewn. No smoke alarm. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink area was newer and nice.

Had something that could have been feces on my shower curb (next to the toilet) and the toilet seat was so loose, I could have missed it altogether. Also, I got into the shower after riding in from Sturgis, South Dakota and the soap dispenser inside the shower was empty. I had to get out naked and drip water all iver to find a bar of soap in my luggage. 😔

But....the room we got, which was supposedly an upgrade, was the most dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The beds were clean and towels were clean but everything else was definitely not. The maid service should be totally ashamed of their work. Staying in this room made me not want to stay in rock springs ever again.

Check in was easy, rooms are cute and clean, the bed was cozy, the AC was amazing, bathroom also has a fan! Parking lot is clean and was very lit up at night so I wasn't creeped out going to my car (I'm a woman traveling alone). The window shades were dark enough all the outside light stayed out. I didn't eat breakfast, so no idea how that was. There's a coffee maker in the room and a Starbucks a block or so away. It's an older hotel so if you are a diva and expect a perfection this isn't the place, but if you want a safe, clean, cozy, affordable room- don't hesitate.
