- KHKyia Haberkorn2 days ago1.0I saw the manager's audit of the hotel, which showed that their average room rate is $144 a night. If you search the hotel on Google or wherever it will say room rates are about a $144 a night. Because we were looking at hotels well past midnight, they knew we were desperate, and raised the rate to $179 before taxes and fees. Well above their normal rate for a Wednesday, even though they had vacancy and we were staying less than 8 hours. The room was also not particularly well maintained and the bathroom sink never drained the entire night. Water from shower also had a particularly strong smell, would not recommend drinking the water.

We lost a wedding ring and their staff were all very willing and happy help turn the room inside out, moving furniture, looking under beds, sifting through the garbage bags, etc. Not once did they hint it was any inconvenience at all. And it was very nice we ended up finding the ring! Yes, the cleanliness, livings areas, and breakfast were all great too. I also liked their inner courtyard with beautiful flowers and grass yard away from the outside city. Thanks for a good stay.

At check out on Sunday morning (Father's Day) the manager was present and we spoke briefly, she said he was very happy to hear that we enjoyed the stay. The Holiday Inn team and this location get it. BLUF: They are ready to provide excellent service, especially to very tired travelers.
