  We had a very lovely stay here. We had a cricket room mate on the first night though. The staff is the treasure in this hotel. Starting with Katie at reception and Chris, Daisy and Fran at the restaurant. Still highly recommended for a stay if you are going to Yellowstone.

  I'd like to say everything was perfect. The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best I've seen in a hotel. Everyone was really nice and helpful but for one exception. I think that the blonde haired girl at the front desk needs to be retrained, or something. I believe her name is Sonya. My niece booked a room for me and the family, and we showed her identification,at which point she looked at them and handed them back. She never put our names in the computer like she was supposed to. She also made the reservation for 1 night instead of three, and checked us out after 1 night. When my niece asked her to fix the issue she was met with rudeness and told"you work here too" , expecting her to do Sonya's job on my nieces day off. I think she does these things to try to get my niece in trouble and she should be fired for it, or retrained and sent to another hotel. Other than that I look forward to staying there again.

  I saw the manager's audit of the hotel, which showed that their average room rate is $144 a night. If you search the hotel on Google or wherever it will say room rates are about a $144 a night. Because we were looking at hotels well past midnight, they knew we were desperate, and raised the rate to $179 before taxes and fees. Well above their normal rate for a Wednesday, even though they had vacancy and we were staying less than 8 hours. The room was also not particularly well maintained and the bathroom sink never drained the entire night. Water from shower also had a particularly strong smell, would not recommend drinking the water.

  Really nice room. All the staff was very friendly. We ordered room service from the restaurant. It was delivered quickly and hot. Taste was very good. Love this hotel. Will stay here every time we come this way.

  We were in the middle of nowhere from Grand Tetons to Mt Rushmore. This did not show up on any Google searches. We drive through this town in hopes of finding a hotel. This place is fantastic. The staff was awesome.
