  I reserved a room for 6 with breakfast included, but i only received a voucher for a breakfast for 2, at the bakery next to the hotel. The manager agreed that this was not honest, but did not provide a solution.

  Honestly, probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for years. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Not walkable to downtown but still only like a 7 min drive. There’s a little bar inside the hotel and a pool as well. Thanks for the great stay. Recommend if you’re in the area.

  If you’re staying at the Holiday Inn in Laramie, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar to meet Cheyenne! She truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Cheyenne’s warm personality and genuine kindness stood out. She creates such a welcoming atmosphere and builds meaningful connections with every guest she meets. It’s clear that she truly cares about people and takes immense pride in her work. The bar area was spotless, organized, and inviting every time we visited; a reflection of Cheyenne’s incredible attention to detail and conscientiousness. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable, taken care of, and appreciated. Exceptional service is hard to find, but Cheyenne delivers it effortlessly. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to connect with people are what hospitality is all about. She is an absolute gem, and the Holiday Inn is lucky to have her. Thank you, Cheyenne, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back and see you again!
