I don't know if they're just mad everyday, but seriously just letting the doors slam on the door wedge in each room they come in and out of is ridiculous. That's what kept waking me up everyday. Initally thought it was other guests but it was housekeeping. Do better.
- KSKay SJun 27, 20263.0Pros: Nice clean modern rooms. Blackout shades. Comfortable bed. Bathtub. Free breakfast. Cons: 3 Broken washer/dryer sets which is all of them so no laundry facilities and when talked to staff, no ETA for repairs. This is one of the reasons we booked here was to be able to do laundry. Staff did not offer any accommodation for this inconvenience when we spoke to them. They suggested we go down the street to the laundry mat- after traveling for hours that’s the last thing we wanted to do was get back in the car, which we communicated to them and received just a glazed over “sorry about your bad luck” look from the gentleman at the front desk. Noise levels are a big problem with the hollow room door, thin walls and room door seals are basically non-existent so you hear everyone in the halls and constant slamming doors and voices. Pricey for what you get.
