Rooms are newly refurbished, motel-style with an in-wall AC. The bathroom was brand new. The walk-in shower with a soaking showerhead and a hand wand -- both feeling very luxurious. Shower doors leaked at the door, so we had to use multiple towels to mop up the floor. But we got new towels daily. No smart TV, just cable. But, the courtyard with the fire pits and an on-site bar/burger joint and a well appointed loglbby with 24/7 free coffee, hot cocoa and tea was really great. The fire pits encourage mingling, so we were able to meet and talk to other guests. It's kid friendly, especially with the pool and hot tubs. The staff is more than helpful. The location is great. There are many restaurants within walking distance and Jackson downtown is just a few minutes away. Of course you're practically in the Teton national park, too, just a short breathtaking drive away.

We are here to check in and our room
Isn’t ready. We have been up since 2:15 am and the front desk attendant doesn’t care at all. He is rude as can be. Think before EVER booking here: it’s a shame bc this place is premier location and the staff sucks and have no sympathy for their out of town travelers.
Very disappointing stay. My room was on the first floor, and there was constant noise from people walking upstairs from the time I checked in until around 2 a.m. It seemed like guests were continuously checking in or moving around on the second floor, but the noise was extremely loud. Since my room was right next to the parking area, I was also woken up by people talking outside and the sound of car engines starting from around 5 or 6 a.m. I only got about two hours of sleep the entire night.
What made it even worse was that when I checked out, I reported the issue to the front desk. One of the female staff members told me she would submit a request for a $100 refund through the booking platform. However, when I later contacted the platform, they told me the hotel said there was no record of my complaint or refund request, and I had to follow up myself.
This was the most expensive hotel of my Yellowstone trip, but unfortunately it was also the worst experience. Very disappointed.
This hotel has some nice features, but there is definitely room for improvement. The courtyard was lovely and provided a welcoming atmosphere, and I also enjoyed the bar area as well as the coffee and hot chocolate station.
The biggest issue was the noise. As other reviewers have mentioned, the walls and floors seem to offer very little sound insulation. We could hear virtually every movement from the room above us, along with conversations and other typical hotel noises. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be something to consider.
While the room appeared clean at first glance, there were areas that could have used more attention and upkeep. The property as a whole also feels like it could benefit from some updates and refreshing.
Pros-nicely decorated, staff was nice, good amount of towels in bathroom, lots of activities you can do in the courtyard, bar and restaurant on site. 20 min drive to get to the Nat'l park. Walking distance to downtown Jackson.
Cons-if you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. Youll wake up all hours of the night to slamming car doors, people talking, rolling luggage, neighbors shower going. Bathroom also has a barn door style with inch gaps on either side. Make sure youre comfortable with who youre traveling with as theres no privacy. Beds are uncomfortable and small. Overpriced bar on-site. We wanted a couple drinks but only did one each after being told the price. Parking isnt great if you get back after 6pm. Chances you wont be parked in front of your room (assigned parking would be nice! Would limit people/car noise in front of the rooms). Overall its an okay hotel thats on the cheaper side but most likely wouldnt book again
