In the 1960s, Founder Glenn Napierskie saw many visitors to Jackson Hole sleeping in their cars. He built The Virginian Lodge as a place for these families to stay, have fun, and build memories. Today, the same holds true. We want the travelers, drifters, locals, and adventure seekers who pull into our lodge to feel well taken care of and welcome to enjoy all that the area has to offer. At The Virginian, we create opportunities for people to come together and make unique and lasting memories. We help keep the spirit of the West alive, keep people dreaming, and keep people coming back.

- ZPZ Powell2 days ago4.0Jim was absolutely excellent at check in! Rooms are a bit dated but nice enough. Lighting kinda sucks. 4 stars for security issues with my room, the window was left unlocked and so was the connecting room!

- SRScott Ruzika4 days ago5.0So happy we ended up at the Virginian. We had some skepticism when trying to figure the hotel in Jackson. But we were certainly happy there. The pool is amazing. So fun. Great bar. The rooms were so nice. I recommend a courtyard. Room goes out to pool. Free smores at night. Yes it’s not in downtown but $13 Ubers solved that issue. We visited a few hotels that we considered during our stay. And while some might be in the heart of Jackson or fancier, we determined the Virginian was THE hotel for us. They had a fun dj pool party on Sunday. And the burger bar and liquor store on site was an added plus. Very happy we picked this spot and you shouldn’t hesitate to book here at all.
- OLOlivo LopezAug 17, 20265.0Stayed at the Virginian lodge for 4 days and nights and the stay was great, clean rooms and restrooms with fresh sheets and garbage taken out every day, really friendly staff. The amenities thrown in were really nice such as the 24/7 coffee, hot chocolate and water plus the pool and hot tables were great and really kept up as well with numerous restaurants on site and everything was super close as well so nothing was too far to drive to.
- KWK. WilcoxAug 8, 20265.0Great little room, felt warm and had a big bathroom for changing and getting cleaned up. Perfect hub to bounce out of for the area. The restaurant on the premise was good. The bar and drinks were great. The attached liquor store had really good local beers to the Jackson area/Washington/Idaho/Montana.
