I highly recommend the Garner Hotel Gillette, especially for families. We stayed in the two-queen suite, and it worked well for our family of six. The bedroom has two queen beds and a door separating it from the main room. The main room has a pullout couch, a second large TV, a mini fridge, a sink next to the fridge, and a small closet. There is another small closet in the bedroom. I do wish the fridge was a little larger, and there is no kitchenette.
The pullout couch is fairly uncomfortable to sleep on, but that seems to be pretty par for the course with hotel pullout couches.
The staff were welcoming and accommodating. We had requested a crib, and it was already in the room when we arrived. They also had extra sheets there for the pullout couch.
The bathroom is on the small side, but the shower pressure was excellent.
The pool area has two larger waterslides, a lazy river, hot tub, sitting pool, and a separate kids’ area with two smaller slides. One of the larger waterslides was not operating during our stay. They provide four wristbands for the pool.
Coffee is available 24/7, and the machine grinds the beans when you make each cup. They also have lemon water in the lobby.
There is also a small store in the hotel where you can buy things like burritos, sodas, chips, candy, and other snacks.
Overall, we had a very good stay. The suite gave us plenty of room, the staff were helpful, and the pool area gave the kids plenty to do. We would stay here again.
Great place to stay, staffs are courteous and helpful. First time seeing a myo breakfast bowl, lots of selection. The coffee has been the greatest so far in all of our travel, hot chocolate for the kids and tea! I love the welcoming touch of the chocolate mints and free cookies with some lemon water for refreshment. All in all, it has been a wonderful experience for us. Kudos!

Nice new hotel, with comfy rooms.
Breakfast area extremely small and limited selection.
Interaction with staff was strange. Lady at check-in didn’t really care and didn’t explain location of elevator etc.
Lady at check-out was even stranger. Elevator was out of service and everybody was confused and waited because no information was given. I told her, it would be nice if she could hang up some signs, but this overstrained her ability.
Hotel is very nice very clean, great beds, has a great pool, hot tub, and water slide but that is just part of it. Desiree stole the show, she alone was responsible for the breakfast that was included with our stay, I have travelled all over North America and stayed in too many hotels with breakfast included to count and this is absolutely hands down the best by far. Starting with the food, eggs were perfect, had little bacon bits and cheese and peppers all nicely diced up, great sausage patties, French toast (our favorite), great coffee, juice, fruit, just about everything. The food was the best I have had ever, generally that is a low bar anyway but this is better than most breakfast restaurants out there. I am sure the hotel was so busy because of Desiree, so that’s just the food, the area was spotless, she was on top of everything constantly, so many places are gross but not here. She treats the place like home. I can’t say enough, Desiree should be running all their hotel food services and all hotels should model after what she does. Not to mention how sweet she is, very respectful and quiet, just want to give her a hug. 😊 The best !! Thank you. 🙏

We love love this place. We come from out of town for a vacation just to play and enjoy the water slides. This last time in August 26 the water was a good temperature but the red slide was down and no one knew why. Front staff didn’t know it was closed and the maintenance man didn’t understand English enough to explain. Super nice staff either way.
