Sammi Jo and Trisha have went so far above and beyond to help make our stay as pleasant as possible so we can focus on the important things. I cannot thank you folks enough for all your support and patience with us during a very trying and scary time!

I also stay at the one in Billings, same ownership group, so I'm basically a loyal customer with a frequent flyer's emotional investment. The staff here is amazing. They always have been. Genuinely some of the best people in the business. The place was remodeled last year, and I'll give them this: it looks great. New finishes, fresh paint, the works. Unfortunately, nobody remodeled the smell. The top floor smells like a gym bag and a pair of dirty feet had a baby and left it in a hot car. Here's the kicker: I noticed it last time I stayed. I forgot. Somehow my brain blocked it out like a bad breakup, and I walked right back in like an optimist. Never again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, and my nose files a formal complaint. To the ownership group: you did the hard part. You hired amazing people and spent the money on a remodel. Now please find the source of that smell. Check the vents, the carpet, the walls, whatever's up there. Right now it looks like a 5-star hotel and smells like a locker room. I may have to move to a different chain entirely and take my rewards points with me. That's a real shame, because the staff deserves better than to be defending that hallway.
