I’m not sure why this hotel has such great reviews for cleanliness because it is nonexistent; both the room and the bathrooms were disgusting and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. From the shower, to the toilet and floors it was so disgusting, my family of 5 could not shower there. The headboards were “stained” with some kind of dried up stuff, there was dead bugs in the room, and the desks and doors were sticky. On top of that, there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel, they’re filthy, and the dryer does not dry. After paying $3 to dry our clothes through two cycles, everything was still damp. Management seriously needs to address the hygiene here.

Thanks to the gentleman who brought us towels to the pool when we were the first swimmers of the day!! The breakfast was amazing and staff couldn’t have been more patient with my slow eaters when it was closing time. Extra thanks to Sammi the guest service manager for being so helpful!

It honestly felt like it was slightly upgraded over most Holiday Inn express locations that I've been to. But that said the staff seemed kind of terse and there was a very large spider in the bathroom. My concern with that is it spiders don't get to be that size without their being stuffed for them to eat, which means their pest control is probably not doing what it's supposed to do and I found that to be a bit concerning
