The dogs next door were quite noisy, which was a bit disruptive. The room itself appeared rather aged and worn. The television experienced buffering issues approximately every five minutes. I am hesitant to try the breakfast given the apparent cleanliness of the hotel. I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs. If you have any mobility challenges, I would recommend requesting assistance. The room rate was $175.00 per night. I found the staff to be somewhat impolite; I was disappointed, yet I remained courteous. The gentleman assisting with check-in conveyed a clear desire for me to pay and proceed to my room without asking questions. I would advise careful consideration before choosing to stay at this hotel.

I normally dont post reviews on Google but I was very disappointed in this place. I was in town for a medical procedure for the following day.We checked in on 7/5/2026 at around 3pm. At the start being checked in when smooth and normal. When we got to our room and used the card to get in. We couldn't get in because it was the door was stopped by the latch on the other side. We thought maybe we were given the wrong room so gave them the benefit of the doubt so I went to the front desk and told the situation. They said that nobody was in the room and they'll call maintenence. 45 minutes later no maintenence. We standing outside our door asking the maids for help. They dont seem to understand because they dont speak English. I go back to the front desk and by then theres about 3 others in front of me. I finally get to second in line after about 15 minutes or so, i ask the very rude front desk person if the rooms clean since its locked. She must have obviously got offended and she answered my question in a very hostile tone ( I told her to not talk to me that way)and then preceded to tell me shes going to call her manager. She stared me down with dirty looks. She finally got on the phone to call maintenence ( which she obviously didnt do the first time so this situation could have been avoided). I have never dealt with such a rude front desk person in my life. We finally got into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom needs updated. The shower would not drain so it was like taking a shower/bath. Upon observation it seems like this is a sketchy part of town with tweeters living under the nearby bridge. I noticed housekeeping leaves several doors to rooms( i counted at least 13) open at all hours of the night, making this a safety hazard for their crew the next day. Anybody could have just walked in those rooms and spent the night especially those people under the bridge. I am very disappointed in this stay. If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would especially dealing with the front desk situation!

Internet has been failing all night, no cable box. So no tv. I'm in the middle of a 5 day drive and just want to relax. Next to the parking lot is a trail on the north platt river, but under the bridge is a bunch of sketchy tweekers, so I'm going to stare out the window all night to make sure they don't steal my uhaul. Plus the pictures from the website look nothing like the actual building. I'm so disappointed. The maintenance guy is a gem, and the front staff are real nice. It's not their fault, but that doesn't make any of this ok. I don't recommend.

The marketing photos are a lie-look at the photos I took during my stay which ended today 6/28/26-it looks like a blood stain in one, pure dirt/filth in the other and lastly a used plastic spoon left from a previous guest in my room. I had to ask for towels twice during my stay along with shampoo and toilet paper-there is no service to your room at all during your stay. One set of towels took 4+ hours to be delivered. Also buyer beware about a suite (which I had). It was simply an adjacent room converted into a living area with no continuity between rooms and completely useless. Nothing like a suite at a Residence inn or Hampton inn/suites. No elevator AT ALL-so if carrying bags or a physical limitation impact you good luck with a 2nd floor room. TV constantly lost signal I did not make it through even a single segment between commercials before losing signal-I called and was told they were rebooting, when I checked out they were telling a guest something else. It was awful so watching a movie and relaxing after a day in Casper wasn't possible. Antiquated/outdated, dark and dreary rooms are what you will get. PLEASE choose another chain and learn from my horrible mistake-DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place needs to be shutdown! Prior to me coming to Casper for a work trip, my boss had told that she had found a bedbug in her room in this same hotel when she had to come for a work trip as well. Upon learning that, on 6/8/26 as soon as I went into my room (1108), I ripped the bed apart and pulled the mattress down…to my horror, there was a pile of ALIVE bedbugs!! There’s no telling how many were actually in this room/hotel in general. The manager Christine was nice, however she seemed to be just making excuses and said they hadn’t had any bedbugs for a few years…this is absolutely not true, being as my bosses work trip was within this year! As an attempt to remedy the situation, Christine moved my room and took 50% off my stay, BUT I found bedbug remnants in the second room (1201) as well. At this point, I absolutely no longer felt comfortable staying in this nasty hotel, let alone bringing any of my belongings inside. I returned to Christine, told her what I found AGAIN and checked out, all while she was STILL making excuses! I am now cozy in a CLEAN bed, in another hotel, far away from that disgraceful/disgusting hotel. The bad part is that I have to go back tomorrow for the symposium I came for 😭😭 When I went back to the symposium, the next day, one of the women I told about the bedbugs and to check their bed, informed me she had also found bedbugs in her room(1104)!! Another woman came to me to tell me she had also cancelled her reservation and the front desk gave her attitude and stated "that issue was taken care of yesterday" which it absolutely was not!! More and more people have been coming to thank me for letting them know and potentially saving themselves from a disaster. I hope anyone who reads this review heeds my warning, I think this entire hotel is infested and the staff doesn’t give a crap!! I have also, posted this review on Yelp WITH pictures/videos! **Edit to add** | later found out that instead of the manager blocking off rooms 1106-1110 as she said she was going to do...they actually put people in those rooms AFTER I had complained about the bedbugs!! When the investigation was done by the health department, they said they found bedbugs in the occupied rooms (1106 & 1110) The health department had also said that this is the hotel they normally investigate!! Be careful out there y'all, stay safe. ALSO, the owners response to this review is a bold face LIE, as I had personally spoke with the health department after they did their investigation…She informed me that they would be making Best Western block off the hallway of rooms where I had found the bedbugs, AS WELL as the rooms above!! So for this owner to say that “there was no infestation found” just shows how little they care about your health and wellness.
