Love this place. My go to weekly right now while back and forth for work. Love these rooms. Park at the door. Walking trail off the parking lot,
with a river. Anddddd they have Netflix 🥳👏🏼

Prior to my stay at the hotel I asked staff members to make sure the plug in the room I am renting, works. They knew that I was here on a medical appointment and that was the reason for my visit and I can't safely stand in the shower I need to take a bath, unfortunately the metal plug is broken and it leaks and is completely broken off and chipped around the edges. Check out time is 11:00; check in time is 3:00; but I got a maid knocking on my door at 9:00 a.m. waking me up shouting "housekeeping" they should do their housekeeping between 11:00 and 3:00 they have 4 hours to complete it yet they'd rather disturb you 2 hours prior to check out to get a jump start on their work, very inconsiderate. This isn't the first time this is happened to me. Now on top of everything else I have a long drive ahead of me and I haven't got much sleep (not safe) because of a Non-Stop barking dog on the premises every time the maid makes a noise it starts the dog up again barking, this has went on, off and on for over an hour without being addressed. I will never stay here again. First thing I had to do was kill a huge spider in the tub when I checked in. Navigating their remote on the TV is another frustration...it will take too much time to describe everything concerning that. I was never informed to the fact that many of the roads leading to the hotel were blocked by construction and I drove around in circles for a very long time trying to just get to the hotel. I called the hotel and Trevor a staff member stayed on the phone with me to help me navigate my way to the hotel through all the detours. The only good thing about the experience was his courtesy. Coincidentally, as I am writing this review, right now someone just started drilling next door.
Check out still isn't for another hour and a half but I gave up trying to go back to sleep.

You either dont have enough bandwidth or need more boosters for your tv's to run on the wifi. Constantly buffering and falling behind the dialog. I was there for about 24 days and there was pancakes and French toast one day each, other than that it was the exact same thing with either green chili or biscuits and gravy. Maybe get some waffle makers? I had to move rooms once because the ac stopped working(it was over 100 degrees). When it stopped working in that room too there was nowhere to move and I was told everyone's was having issues. I noticed that when you had events in that banquet hallway or in those rooms was when the issues occurred. Pretty sure the website still says you have a hot tub but its been a "kid pool" for quite some time. I've stayed at a lot of best westerns and this is nowhere near what ive come to expect from the franchise.

162$ for a mediocre room at best just for it to not have air conditioning in the peak of the summer time. No warning. No discount. Nothing to accommodate for the room being 80+ degrees (some may say that’s not bad) but personally I’d rather sleep in my car for free if it meant I got to be cool. Hate to be mean and I really don’t try to be but if I’m paying that price for a room I expect to at least be cool so I can actually get some sleep. Thanks i guess but not really worth it.

The stay was overall very nice - the man who checked me in was very friendly. My room took a bit longer to be available, but they worked to get it done as soon as possible.
The hotel was pet friendly and had exterior door access directly to the room, which was great for me traveling with my big dog.
The door on the outside didn't fully shut properly unless I pushed it hard, which probably could be heard by my neighbours. There is also a gap underneath the door, but I did not see any bugs in the room. Internet was good on my first night, but the second day it has been spotty and cutting in and out.
I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future if I travel to Casper again. It is located right downtown near all the restaurants and tattoo shops which was nice.
