- JMJason McGinnis5 days ago5.0OMG OMG! I once worked in the hotel industry for 13 years. As a former GM of a Holiday Inn Express myself…. I know the challenges and standards they must keep. THIS PLACE KNOCKS IT OUT OF THE PARK!! The staff is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and the sheets are super soft. Breakfast is INCREDIBLE and you can tell that this isn’t just another “Patel Motel” that cuts corners. Absolutely FABULOUS and would go out of my way to stay here again!!

The staff appears to have many family members and they are attentive and focused. It is about a mile east of downtown and I-25, a mile SW of I-90. This is a quiet area. There is great value for money here compared to Sheridan.

Both times my call was answered by a nasty male that wouldn't even look into it. I was finally in the area so I checked it out. I'm glad I did. The pool was DISGUSTING! The nasty front desk person, probably the same male, followed me in suspiciously. The pool was cloudy, lights were off in it and it was borderline green. It was nothing like it was in 2022 when we stayed there when I gave my 5 star review. I wrote a negative review and got a response from management saying that they will address the issue. Well, I tried to call a few times and I keep getting the same guy when I ask for the manager. He asks why I'm calling. He doesn't even understand what I'm talking about and won't put me in touch with management to see if the pool has been cleaned. That's all I want to know. It's sad. I have a feeling this hotel is going downhill.
