When I asked why the front desk lady told me I had to wait for someone else, while waiting I asked if there were any open rooms and was told that they would not rent a room to me because of my age. When I had told them that my family had already started the booking process of the rooms and asked for me to check if any were open, she responded rudely and made it clear that she didn't want to serve me or my family. Don't know what my family or I did wrong, but apparently it was bad enough to turn us away at the door.

The bed was very comfortable and helped to have a sound sleep after a long drive. The service was good, but the bathtub was quite slippery because the water did not drain properly during the shower, creating potential safety concern. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider staying here again.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Very clean with the amenities. There was a frig and microwave. They have 24 hr coffee access in the lobby with the machine that makes individual cups of coffee. Big beautiful tv and good air conditioning. The breakfast presentation was perfect. Very clean, no overcooked food, everything stocked well. It’s because Arjay really cares and does a great job He stays available to help, , answer questions or just give you a warm greeting. Best presentation I’ve seen in quite a while. Then I met Jean at checkout and told him how nice everything was. He too, was very friendly and professional. Thank you!!!
