  We've been on a 9 day, cross country tour and this was the nicest place we have stayed at. Top 3 things required at a hotel, a modern clean room, a comfortable bed, and a decent shower ! All well covered at this location.

  I booked 2 separate reservations for 2 nights. When I booked the 2nd one online upon checkout the website promoted the IHG credit card through chase and if you booked using that credit card you would get a $150 statement credit. So I applied and used that. The lady at the front desk switched my payment method without telling me, when I brought it up she argued with me, stating they dont let you used a credit card you don't physically have. I explained that the was the promotion they were running on their website. To which she said no. Our party had 3 separate rooms, upon checkout we asked for late checkouts by 1 hour, my other party members were told OK, I was met with "we are all out of those" . At what point does bad customer service become personal? Will not be returning.

  We were quoted one price online and I called this hotel and was told it was 300dollars more than we were quoted and the hotel front desk says we were quoted from price line or something else anyway I'll never give them my business again not to mention we walk down the hall to our room and the whole place smells like weed
