  Clean rooms,and I continue to leave a tip to the lady housekeeper who cleaned the room the day we rented the room on credit card thank you for your service

  Summerville West Virginia the maid severs was not good said we wanted towels and room severs ever day but just got it one good thing we always that extra towels with us

  Breakfast was ordinary, rooms were decent. Employees would often smoke, and in turn that smell gets carried into the building where breakfast is served. No conditioner, but for a short visit not bad.

  Nice people but the room wasn't comfortable and smelled strongly of smoke (despite being a nonsmoking room).

  We had a reservation at a AirBnB that didn't quite go so well Friday night, so we booked Saturday night with SureStay and we were very, very pleased. The price was appealing for 2 double beds. When we got there after exploring WV state parks, the girl behind the counter was so friendly and she helped calm me down with my fear of my paddleboards getting stolen that were on top of my car. She guaranteed they would be safe. The room was very clean and the 3 pillows to each bed...was a plus! The bathroom was very clean and we slept like we never slept before. Room temp stayed cool, it was quiet, we didn't hear any road noise or any other guest. Breakfast was kinda busy! A few of the guest were rude, which is why we didn't stay and eat, but that's at no fault of the hotel. You definitely have new customers in Summersville!!!
