  Tried booking online, was cancelled as we arrived at the hotel. The service attendant tried to discount it ended up being around $15.00 more - the tip of online 😕. There was black mold on the wall and footstool. We had to go back to the front desk to get toilet paper it had been forgotten in the bathroom. There was hardly any breakfast items, eggs, gravy, sausage etc when we went for the breakfast. I have itchy red bumps placed all over my body. I don't know where they came from but I do know that I didn't have them before getting in the room. Again, I don't know what they are but didn't have them prior. Take it as you will... still itching and burning today (Monday).

  The 8.2 on booking is nowhere near what I would give it. Definitely more of a 7 at best. The pool is listed as heated, it is not. It was absolutely freezing cold. Crumbling plaster on the walls. The metal box that holds the elevator buttons was pushed back into the wall. The hair dryer in the room looked like had been used in fight club. Breakfast was just ok. Breakfast is 7-10 on the weekends, but no one was checking or refilling anything. We were down about 830 and there was no bacon, the gravy was almost gone and what was there looked like it had completely dried up, the fried apples had black stuff all throughout them which I can only imagine is because they got burned or the pan wasn't clean to start with. We stay at a lot of hotels and this was definitely the worst I've stayed at in a long time.

  We had an issue with the first room when we booked and the girl working the front desk, Ty, I believe immediately got us to a new room. I appreciated her friendliness and professionalism! All of the staff were very friendly. The man working the breakfast was helpful and on top of keeping everything replenished. Despite a few minor issues that were resolved it was a decent hotel.

  Not the nicest hotel I've stayed at,but definitely my favorite. The staff is amazing, hospitality at it's finest! The manager Jean is always very accommodating and very professional. Nate is also great, I started staying at this location a few years back,every time I come to see my family this is where I come, since I've known Nate from the hotel, he has worked in many different roles,wherever they place him, he exceeds expectations! This last visit over labor day weekend, the breakfast was great and the service even better
