One night stay for my husband's birthday. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly. One of the morning staff, cleared our breakfast dishes and left us mints. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here over 120 nights the last two years without issue. To quote Mr Warren Buffet it takes 10 years to build a reputation and 10 minutes to destroy it. Last night when my flights were delayed and ultimately canceled I called to inform the hotel I would not be checking in so they would not hold the room, fully aware that I would still have to pay for that night, I was very rudely told that "i would have to pay anyways and there was no way around that" I then simply stated ok thank you please cancel my stay for the week and I will find other arrangements. I was then hung up on. Zero reason for a very poor attitude to an IHG customer who spends 150 nights a year in IHG hotels. I will now drive further away to stay when working in the area. I reached out to the hotel by email and have recieved no response. Please do better, treating people with respect is not a hard ask.

On our trip we met several good hotel employees, however the employees at Holiday inn Express were very Good. After a long drive through slow traffic, Ashley welcomed us and our dogs with grace and warmth. Put us in a very comfortable room. Thank you and give her a big atta girl for us

Front desk,rude,acted like they were on drugs,room was major let down the only thing was lady that made breakfast was a sweetheart and did an amazing job for the weekend,then Monday went down hill!! Would never go back and will tell family and friends to stay away!!!!
