    Very small lobby, but luckily not packed. Plenty of parking. Got the king suite cuz we were traveling with kids. Was disappointed there was no privacy and we couldn't watch tv because the kids tv was on. Room itself overlooked the road and the side lot. The pool was closed because of the weather, so that was unavoidable. The ice machine closest to my room was broke so I had to travel to the other side of the hotel for ice. The vending machine in the main level was also broke and had a sign to purchase stuff in the lobby. The lobby shop had almost nothing to purchase. The plus is they do offer a free shuttle service to any location within 2 miles and there are a lot of stuff in 2 miles. Also lots of doordash options

    Excellent home base for exploring Harper's Ferry NP and Charles Town. Breakfast included variety of kid friendly options.

    Everyone was ignorant and impatient at the front desk except Alyssa she was so sweet and she knows a lot about what she’s doing , because the other receptionist are older they try to be little her but she genuinely is good at this, she needs to be manager

    The breakfast was okay, the breakfast staff were awesome. Decent rooms, pet friendly, and plenty of parking.

    Good, decent hotel. Seemed clean and safe. Breakfast was good but not great. Bed was a tidge firm but still comfortable; linens were soft. Good shower but towels were thin. Room temperature was good. Some noise from road and room above. Didn't smell weird. Would stay here again.
