- BTBruce Turk4 days ago4.0The entrance to this hotel is very nice, customer service at the check-in counter was very pleasant with an awesome greating from the gentleman there and a very efficient check-in. The room was very spacious except the bathroom which is rather small with a very short shower head for a taller person. The bedroom, as the rest of the rooms, were very clean and the bed was large and very comfortable. The ACmaintained a constant temp and had a fan the helped to dampen the highway noise that is quite prevalent at times....but is very bearable with the fan. Somenof the fixtures, especially in the bathroom are dated and could use an upgrade but function as intended. Breakfast is an add on at I believe around $12 per so we did not partake. The is a lounge that we did not go to as well but looked nice as we walked by. Overall a great stay

And those curtains kept all the light out! Honestly the front desk staff was fantastic, they all seemed remember me, which is nice. The breakfast buffet was good. Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the rooms.

- AKAbigail KlineAug 12, 20261.0We checked in at night and the night staff was very unfriendly. The morning check out staff was even more unfriendly and didn’t acknowledge us at all. Both wanted to ignore us. We had no questions or needs just simply checking in and out. The smell in the hotel hallways smelt like a musty old barn and gasoline. The smell never improved. The worst was the room itself. The only clean area was the bed; the counter with the microwave still had food crumbs from the previous guests. The bathroom had hair and debris also left from the previous guests. Don’t stay here. Go anywhere else.
