They made check-in easy and were always willing to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, situated right off Interstate 81 with plenty of parking available. My room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I noticed was that the floor appeared to have not been vacuumed very thoroughly. Aside from that the room was well maintained and clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay

The staff is atrociously rude, unhelpful, ignorant, disgustingly disrespectful, and they have not a singular understanding on what fast, friendly customer service is. They were not accommodating for concerns and questions. Their handicap suite was not handicap friendly whatsoever. The bathrooms are too small for a wheelchair. They provide 1 singular support rail halfway up the shower wall, quite a struggling distance to reach. Towels/soap were at inaccessible heights. No support rails around the toliet or jacuzzi tub. I was charged 190$ for 1 singular night of struggle, with which not even a complimentary breakfast could be included in such a horrendously overpriced horror hotel. The staff were the true nightmare. Completely oblivious to fulfilling or satisfying any of their job duties they agreed to for employment. I do NOT at all recommend staying at this clown show of an establishment to ANYONE! Shame on your staff. I left feeling unrested and disrespected. What a terrible way to start a day! NEVER AGAIN!

- LLLeoMay 24, 20261.0Shower pressure for water is weak and the water isn't hot. Bed sheets weren't changed. Room was somewhat clean staff was nice though. Room key kept not working. I wouldn't stay in a holiday inn due to this experience but it isn't the staffs fault.
