  For a hotel it was clean....service was there at all times, rooms were CLEAN. but its pretty far from anything major...like the interstate or bigger restaurants if you prefer those, but they did have bars and churches and a walmart...

  I wish I could give you a 0. Was denied a room because I live in town. My AC is out, my house is 89 degrees and I have an autistic 5 year old and they denied us a room. I was able to book online and when I went to check in was turned away, they called someone to ask for an exception and they wouldn’t allow it. Absolutely ridiculous especially in a town that is called the friendliest city. Will never stay at one of these chains again.

  I thought for the price this room was a little high. There were 2 of us in a room with a queen size bed so myself being 6'2" it was a little tight. There was no chair only an office desk chair so one of us had to sit on the bed. Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about--BUT great coffee. Staff was very friendly. The location was great with gas stations and a Walmart right down the street.

  All the common areas were very clean and so was our room. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was area was also clean and well stocked. My only complaint (and this has nothing to do with this hotel directly but with corporate) is that this is a pet friendly hotel and they do not have certain floors or rooms designated for pets. Most of the other pet friendly hotels do, as I am very allergic. I did not have any noticeable problems probably partially due to the fact that there are laminate floors in the rooms and not carpet.

  I stayed here for along time 100+ days my group of 5 plus myself and it was the best experience we have had at any hotel …rooms clean nd everything is maintained !! The staff are great but whoever owns the hotel needs to give ( Kyeisha!! And Mistey! ) a GIANT RAISE these 2 woman took care of us the majority of the time we was there nd they made sure our stay was amazing nd it indeed was !!! And still were running around helping other guest make sure the hotel looks good !! Shout out to these 2 woman !Thanks for everything!
