- CWCris WittJul 18, 20265.0This is the best hotel ever! They were so good to my family, ALOT of my family, a couple of months ago when my dad passed away and my mother was in the hospital. So above and beyond it was a little unbelievable in this day and age. The staff is A+++. I will stay here anytime I'm in town and need a place to stay. The people working here made quite a few customers for life.
- RWRonald WynnJul 7, 20265.0We love this hotel. It is very clean. The staff is friendly. The food was great. My husband really liked the diced potatoes. There was plenty of bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits cheese omelettes, scrambled eggs, and more. We will stay here again.
- BSBrad SorrellsJul 7, 20265.0The stay was very pleasant, staff was available whenever anything was needed. Billie treated everyone with that 'ol Southern Hospitality; very kindhearted and curteous! The breakfast was consistently delicious; nothing tasted stale, the coffee was GREAT, and I had to exercise serious discipline to take take more of those biscuits with me! The room rating I gave 4/5 due to finding a small pile of trash behind a couch in my room. All-in-all, I would have no problem returning. Thank you again!
- MBMichelle BirdwellJul 3, 20265.0We got in late (We called to inform them of this and they insisted we pay/process our card at that time. We have NEVER had that happen.) Otherwise, staff was great. Check- in was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical of a Holiday Inn. Fresh and hot. The employee running it was very friendly and outgoing. The ONLY negative was, the fold out sofa had a matress that was SUPER thin. Our daughter slept on it and had marks from the springs on her body the next morning. No way could we have had her use it a 2nd night. I loaded all of the spare blankets we had down as a layer between her and the bed to try to help. Parking was ample, service was great. Rooms and common areas were clean. If we were passing through, we would stay again.
- BBbtydreJun 27, 20261.0Room smelled bad and the dryer is horrible. They also made me move my semi truck because they said they needed more parking spaces. It was 8pm and 22 open spaces around me. This is the only holiday inn out of hundreds that I stayed at that made me move my truck.
