- MBMatthew BartmanskiAug 14, 20263.0My second floor room was a bit dated, the pool is open late, but has practically no lighting that works, and there was a rotten smell throughout the entire hotel for the two days I was there. Many guests mentioned the smell, but no one could explain it. I've been to four Holiday Inn Expresses this month and much more prefer them. I'd rather have free coffee and breakfast and a cheaper stay, than pay more for the room and pay extra for those amenities. I don't see the value at this specific location.

As well as it was extremely hot within the halls as well as the elevator and it stunk absolutely horrid. A mix of fish and trash. Front desk and maintance staff was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping, do better. May is add that last time i stayed here a couple months ago, and ate at the restaurant, a fruit fly flew into my food and a couple months after, im back and there are still gnats... please fix this as this is a beautiful located hotel and it is gorgeous around.
- CHCasey HillAug 6, 20262.0I’ve stayed at this IHG location several times. Over the last 3 years, the quality of the rooms and facilities have noticeably declined. The hotel’s elevators had no AC. My room was dirty in general. The kitchen area had grease splatter, the freezer smelled fishy, and the kitchen sink smelled bad. The trashcan was broken, so I had to touch the gross lid to use it. Some furniture in the common areas were thread bare. Overall, I just kept thinking, this place used to be nice. I won’t stay here again until renovations take place.
