  Great stay with great kind service. My hubby bonded with the service desk quickly and in the morning he bragged, “best IHG breakfast I’ve ever had, plus they had marshmallows out for the coa coa”. Sometimes it’s the little things!

  Unfortunately, this stay left a lot to be desired. The room had a strong wet-dog odor, and the carpets and floors were noticeably dirty. Our allergies flared up that night, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. On the positive side, check-in and check-out were easy, and breakfast was good. However, the atmosphere outside the hotel was concerning. Two women were lingering near the main entrance, and we witnessed what appeared to be a prostitution transaction. While I can't say exactly what was happening, the situation felt shady and made us uncomfortable. Between the cleanliness issues, unpleasant odor, and questionable activity outside, this is not somewhere I would choose to stay again. Definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to cleanliness and the overall guest experience.

  We had an issue with our room but the front desk was quick to offer us a new room. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful. It’s an older hotel but is fully remodeled

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the Holiday Inn last night and had an excellent experience. Monica went above and beyond to assist me and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly stood out. Jai was also exceptional. She made sure I was comfortable and satisfied and even walked me to my room to ensure everything was in order and asked if I needed anything. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I had an exceptionally comfortable and restful night’s sleep. Overall, the service and accommodations were outstanding. I sincerely appreciate Monica and Jai for making my stay such a pleasant experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The front desk representative was very friendly. She recd 5 stars. The room left some to be desired. We only had one bath towel, the phone didn’t work and the lotion seemed to be an off brand put into the brand name bottle, The bed was an older mattress that needs to be replaced. The room was very clean. We were given a little gift for our pets at check in; which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very well stocked and tasty. The location seemed to be a bit sketchy. Homeless people walking in the parking lot and digging in the dumpster, grass and landscaping not maintained with a lot of trash around.
