  Had such a nice time passing through. Being welcomed by great smiles and the friendliness of Kelsi and “the red head” made us feel like we made the right choice staying here.

  got into our room and immediately smelled horrible. the beds were in horrible condition and felt like laying on springs, they were practically concave and by far broken. we went into our other family’s room and were shocked by the difference of quality. they paid the same price and got the same thing but their beds were in much better condition and room didn’t have an odor. i’m so shocked and disappointed because i’ve stayed in holiday inn’s in the past and never had this horrible of an experience. do not recommend room 212 or this hotel in general.

  I stay here everytime in come to charleston and im a diamond elite ihg member if you know .This is a nice hotel older but they keep it up .

  I stayed overnight and left my pillow behind. I called the front desk to have them hold it until I could get it picked up 4 days later. I asked them if they needed my information in case anything happens but they said they would get it off my reservation information. By the time my husband came to pick it up 4 days later, they had thrown my pillow away. No phone call or communication from them. Also the carpet in my room was damp. I'm never staying here again.

  This was one of the worst if not the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was completely broken so much so that I had 3 pillows under me and was still rolling to the middle. The tile in the bathroom gave under your feet and creaked from any light pressure. Our deadbolt was broken on the door and both the stoppers for the sink and the tub were gone. The door to the room was not on straight so there was a lot of light and sound coming in from the hall, considering it was right next to the elevator it was quite a bit of sound. The entire room had a damp feel which can happen in hotels, however with the condition of the bed and door, made it just about impossible to sleep. Very grateful we were only there one night. Location was close to the highway which was what we wanted for a stop over. Staff were kind.
