They decided to start adding a $10 parking fee which isn't included in your booking price, and doesn't show up on the IHG app anywhere; so this hotel shows up as a cheaper option than others until you get there and they add parking on. In most states, that's illegal. I understand parking fees in cities, but for a business traveler it makes no sense to pay.

I also think your patrons need to be informed there is a $10 charge for parking. This isn't a hotel for someone that doesn't have a budget, ( That's why we use Priceline.) so, that $10 could make them rethink staying with you. Everything else was fine.

One of the elevators smelled like either mold or humidity, and the room reeked of urine and Clorox, which got even worse after we turned up the A/C. The location doesn't really look very well kept, structurally speaking. There was a group of sketchy homeless dudes circling the building overnight. They even have a policy where they'll charge for parking!! At an IHG hotel!! The only real saving grace of this location was its wonderful employees who really carry this hotel. Everyone was wonderful, from the cleaning staff, front desk, and the breakfast staff. As an IHG member, having stayed in multiple other locations, I'd avoid this one... I'm saddened seeing multiple other reviews with the same concerns through multiple months and there are still no changes.
