  We had a wonderful time playing the slots and a great dinner at the Sports Bar. The casino is nice, clean and employees are very nice and professional. The Inn at Hollywood of Charles Town and the casino smell awesome. The room at the hotel was very nice and roomy and the staff were wonderful and didn't mind answering any questions.

  A shout out to Monique at front desk. She was able to get me in for a night since I mistakenly booked at a nearby Holiday Inn. She was very professional snd even after we checked in was very cheerful and positive.

  Ethan checked us in, he was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. We opted for early check in and our room was ready. We got to the Inn around noon. The room was clean and the bed was so nice. . .oh my. . . The Inn is located next to the Hollywood Casino, they also offer shuttle service to the Casino. My only complaint was the AC coming on and off all night and we could hear the units running on the roof. That's nobody fault just the design of the Inn. We did not get breakfast as we left around 9:30, but they offer a nice setup. A really nice place to lay your head at the end of the day.

  I love this site. Hotel is great! Very disappointed in the services at the casino! Always had a casino host until a couple of years ago but no longer! You do not get a host unless you are at the top-level card holder.

  Not what it's cracked up to be. Bed covering had lipstick all over it, that lipstick was found under edge of bed, along with remote to TV. AC unit wasnt working properly. Bathroom needed a good deep clean. Floors sticky, toilet wouldn't flush properly, shower walls had cracks and no vent in bathroom. Really needs a makeover. I would definitely check room before committing to staying. Breakfast was mediocre. Definitely could be alot better at the price point it is at.
