  The room safe was not working. We called the front desk for assistance. The first associate was unable to resolve the issue. The associate called for the Property Engineers to assist. John and Sam arrived a short time later. After about 20 minutes they determined the safe needed to be replaced. John and Sam returned in about 15 minutes with a working safe. Exceptional service. Thank you again

  Spent two nights here and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had booked a room overlooking the race track and I asked the lady at the front desk if I could rent the room with the best view of the track so I could watch them exercising the thoroughbreds in the morning. No problem at all! She booked us the perfect room (400) and even let us check in early with no fee. Hotel was very clean and looked like brand new hallway carpeting and wall paper. King size bed was very comfortable and bedding looked fresh and clean. Rode elevator with staff a few times and they were friendly and cheerful. A shuttle ran every 15-20 minutes that ran back and forth to casino and track. If you are planning a trip to Hollywood casino and races I highly recommend staying here.

  The hotel staff is incredibly nice. Monique at the front desk and Jasper are super stars. Their attention to detail and friendliness sores above other hotels. Ralph who drives the van to casino is incredibly! We enjoy many conversations with him and look forward to seeing him and the rest of the staff. We will be back soon from NH

  I am writing this review even though I never reached the hotel. I made reservations then I read More reviews and just had to cancel. I wanted a nice clean room on the 3rd or 4th floor for guaranteed view of the track. But there was no guarantee. So you pay 454.00 dollars to see the Races but don't know until you arrive as to weather you see or not. That's not to mention the condition of the rooms as reported in previous reviews. I feel rooms are being saved for those folks who come and want to spend a lot of money gambling. Very disappointed I have been going to the race track since the 70s

  The rooms were fine but the end is not what it was 10 years ago. Someone needs to clean and power wash the entryway replace the broken trash cans out front. And the continental breakfast well let's just say is not fit to eat. For the money that you spend at the end and the casino it should be a much better experience than this. Also I had a meal with three other people at the Final Cut that too is not what it used to be. Quite frankly you could get a better ribeye at Texas Roadhouse. Also the side that night was parmesan topped potato wedges which come to find out was just the day before his baked potatoes cut into wedge-shaped reheated with grated Parmesan put on top. I could say so much more about the overpriced meal but I won't. Needless to say after spending $274 at the Final Cut I will not eat there again
