  They go above and beyond and are super friendly but they're professional too rooms super nice and clean of ever you need anything they get right on it and their breakfast is delicious very reasonable prices. I highly recommend if you're ever in the buckhannon area

  My wife and a friend of ours all stayed at this Best Western from Friday August 14th to Monday August 17th. We were in the area to visit the Trans Alleghany Lunatic Asylum, which was about a 25 minute drive from this hotel. The hotel lobby was very nice and very well decorated. When we arrived, the employee who checked us in could not have been nicer. She was courteous, quick, and very pleasant. When I asked if we could have extra towels since there were three of us in the room, she quickly provided them to me. I regret not getting her name so I could shout her out, but I did spot her throughout the majority of my stay here. Our room was on the third floor, and both the elevator and hallways were very clean and neat. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of lighting options throughout the room and the climate control was really nice. The curtain did a good job of blocking out the sunlight from outside, which was a bonus to me because I am someone who likes total darkness when sleeping. Even on the third floor the water pressure from the shower and sink were great. The walls must be pretty thick or soundproof here because we didn't hear any other guests or noise unless they were just outside our room (and we were also directly next to the elevator and ice machine, and still didn't hear much noise). The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable. All three mornings it was about the same offerings, but our whole group really enjoyed them. The biscuits and gravy and the waffle maker were a big hit with us. This hotel was much more affordable than other hotels in the area, but I feel like it completely stacks up to the competition of other "higher brand" hotels. We will be coming back to this area in the future and will definitely be staying here again.

  An Ultra Competitive value pick. The entire staff was perfect across the board and routinely went the extra mile in performing their duties. Room was spotless and charming. Bed was more comfortable than other similarly priced hotels I've stayed at. Their breakfast biscuits were among the better ones I've had. The location is just a short drive from town and the freeway. The area in general is beautiful and welcoming. Absolutely worth a visit!

  Rooms are small but have a nice window bench for storage. Hotel and surroundings are clean and very nice. Staff are nice and helpful. 4 out of 5 due to the slim pickings for a healthy breakfast. There were only about 5 small apples (wrapped in plastic), no other fruit options, just cereals, bread and bagels...enough to get you going. You can walk to Buffalo Wildwings or Pizza Hut, and a short drive to downtown. The hotel could be top notch with a better breakfast.
