  Hotel is decent but over priced. We booked a suite and paid close to $400 for one night. The pull out couch didn't have a mattress protector on it. The mattress was urine covered and there was trash under the couch. The dresser in the bedroom had leftover clothes and personal items from someone who had the room before us which makes me question just how well the rooms are cleaned

  Nice hotel, has a restaurant and bar. The upcharge for breakfast is worth it- for me it was $16 and there were 3 of us. No place you could go for the quality of food they had. Pool has a big open area around it- room for big groups. Service was very friendly!

  I've stayed at multiple Holiday Inn locations over the years and have never been disappointed until this stay. When we first entered the room, the floors were dirty. The bed was also disappointing—it was hard as a rock, there were small crumbs and hair inside the sheets, and one of the pillows had a noticeable purple stain. I brought these issues to the front desk, and I do want to give credit where it's due: the staff responded immediately and changed everything, which I really appreciated. One thing that was my own oversight was the breakfast. I didn't realize it wasn't included with the room, as every other Holiday Inn I've stayed at had complimentary breakfast. That's on me for not checking beforehand. That said, considering how much we paid for the room, I expected a much cleaner experience. Unfortunately, this was the first Holiday Inn stay that left me disappointed. Because of our experience, we've decided to cancel the remainder of our stay and check out early. I hate that it came to that, but for the amount we spent, I expected much better. Overall, I was highly upset with the condition of the room and the experience.

  I agree that all of the accommodations are excellent including the unusual restaurant within the hotel. Excellent service there. The only criticism of this and other Holiday Inn Express hotels that I stay in is that the TV menu does not give you the option to see what is currently playing in each station. Not only showing the station but showing you which program may be upcoming. Also without a Roku or other device you cannot connect to the TV. May be picky, but considering that we paid $250 per night it seems like a small thing that they could provide at minimal cost.

  The hotel was conveniently located on our route. On checking in, the person at the desk noted that we do prefer to be far away from elevators. She was friendly and helpful, even giving us a voucher to make the $12 breakfast buffet free. The luggage cart was really dirty, with hairs and other smudges all over it. I realize that it may have just gotten that way… When we got to our room, imagine our surprise when we are the closest room to the elevator. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was very small. The shower stall was shiny and new. The water pressure was decent, but there wasn’t a lot of hot water. We had to turn it almost all the way to hot to get warm water. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, it was just really hard to sleep with the traffic from the elevator.
