- MPMartha PalmisonMay 9, 20263.0Housekeeping could use some improvement on details. Lots of dust and dirty mirrors (left over dental floss spray)., and sticky surfaces. Nice restaurant 😋 No Continental Breakfast however, breakfast for 12.00 was quite good. My comrades commented that their dinners were also reasonable. We were part of an extended work stay (10 days).

The only reason I did not give it a complete five star was because they serve a full size breakfast but you have to pay for it. It’s not like a continental breakfast, but it should be a complementary breakfast to the guest. Your breakfast is good because I tried it as well organized and clean, including the hotel is well organized. I especially enjoyed the managers and the receptionist who helped me with the bad experience with a group reservation that went bad. Hats off to Tyler for all of his efforts and make it matters better. It’s well located not far from the travel plaza, which is right behind it and very close to the interstate which is very convenient.

We left a bag with our son's medication in the bathroom of our room. When we called, Kelly said she had the bag & walked me through the process of getting FedEx label & emailing it to her so she could send the bag to us. She sent the bag via FedEx the next day! This was a great help to us as one of his medications is difficult to get & can only be refilled once a month.
