  The staff was ever so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was excellent. The room was a bit small but updated nicely and very clean.

  The rooms were small but clean, same with the bathroom. There was one worker that went above and beyond, she was always pleasant, very helpful, treated children well, she searched for a chocolate muffin for my son when he asked.

  The staff is great. Location is good. hotel itself is old and rundown. Need maintenance or updated badly. From cracked walls in room to strong smell of dog/human pee in rooms/hallway.

  Good large king size room. Prices were a little high for a slow travel day and not on a holiday. But that is the way of the world. We did do a walk in and no pre registration.

  Typical refurbished property. Looks like it may become a GLo property. The breakfast was good, if only warm. Bldg is 5 stories with only 2 ice machines, even though there was a place on each floor for one. Biggest complaint is the refrigerator had not been defrosted for at least 6 months and the ice in it was filthy. There was no coffee maker in the room. I asked about this and was told they had removed them from all rooms as an experiment, failed. The gfic plug in the bathroom was worn out, hair curling iron woud not stay plugged in. All in all, typical BW property, just in need of maintenance attention. I would stay here again. Written by a Platinum rewards member.
