  The only plus about this hotel was checking out - Hallways are dangerously dim - lined with unplugged construction lights on every floor (yet no construction was happening….) - Entire hotel has a musty odor - Rooms AC is very loud & ineffective (noise made it difficult to fall/stay asleep - lawn mower sound level) - Walls are paper thin - ironically heard the people in the next room complaining about their room - Garbage bags in the hallways - Shower in rough shape - Beds very uncomfortable - Room is also very dark and dingy - Surfaces were clean but the walls definitely were not - Sheets were not even on the bed completely - had to remake the bed so I wasn’t touching the mattresses - Stairwells smelled of cigarette smoke - Front desk doesn’t answer the phone Overall, not a great stay - look elsewhere until this property gets under control

  A very disappointing stay. The hallways were mostly lit with plugged in construction lights affixed to the walls. Not a great first impression. The room upon entering had an odor. Limited lighting in the room made it feel really dark. If you are a light sleeper be aware- the AC unit is very loud with screeching noises every few minutes. We ended up turning our AC off which obviously made the room stuffy. We had friends in another room who’s also was loud so it wasn’t just ours. The walls are also not sound proof. There was a room across the hall and you could hear them from our room with both doors shut. The bathroom is small- the grab bars in our shower was barely attached to the wall which is a major safety hazard. The closet was disgusting with stains on the door and ceiling. I did wipe down the entire room and it did appear clean, thank god otherwise we would not have stayed. Only reason its getting 2 stars.

  My room appeared clean, but the problem was what is underneath the surface. BED BUGS. They were feasting on me at night. The room had a cool muggy feel to it. AC worked fine, but room felt damp. Even the sheets were slightly damp which may explain the bed bugs. Also had to keep shaking the handle on the toilet in order to get it to stop. Will not be returning. Staff was great though.

  Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is very outdated and really needs to be renovated. Our toilet barely flushed, and the air conditioner was so loud that it made it difficult to sleep. The elevator was extremely small and made loud noises every time we used it, to the point that it felt like it might get stuck. Overall, the hotel didn’t feel well maintained, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

  Great staff. Clean rooms. Better than most best westerns I’ve been to lately Wife said first floor has a heavy chemical smell but I didn’t notice. One improvement would be great if ice machines were on all floors
