- HHHaley HarveyAug 5, 20244.0The staff was friendly, the room was fully equipped with everything we needed including a full kitchen, large spacious bathroom, it was very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful gated patio area with a fire pit and grills. The breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint is that there wasn’t enough parking on the premises, we would come back to the hotel around 10-11pm and would have to park across the street at a different establishment, or way way in the back.

They could have easily charged me the cancelation fee and I would have paid it without issue. They waived the fee. This is how customer service is supposed to be like. Room was nice, highly recommend if you want to avoid the crazyness of the water park resorts. Peace and quiet gave me a good night's sleep.

The staff was so sweet and accommodating. Huge shout out to Becky, Judy, and Christina. This place is extremely affordable. They are the model hotel that everyone should be striving to achieve. Would recommend Staybridge over any place else.
