I had a wonderful experience staying at Best Western. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything was smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend Best Western to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily stay here again!

This place was gross, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. If it was just one issue, I could let it pass but it was a bunch of small things that added up to a hotel stay at a place that was clearly being run by people who absolutely do not care about their hotel. If we were staying for more than one night, we would have left and gone somewhere else, but we were only there one night so we put up with it.
Let's start with the room - brown stain on the comforter. Mold on the wall in the shower. Peeling paint along the baseboards. A toilet top that clearly did not fit the toilet in the bathroom. Lightbulbs that were out. And the kicker? The ceiling in the pool was literally starting to cave in - paint was hanging from the ceiling all over the place and the pool water was suspiciously hazy. Not to mention that the patio doors in the pool leading out to the patio didn't open any more and had black mold on the door frame.
There are a million places to stay in the Dells area, don't stay at this one. One star, only gave it a second star for location which is decent.

One of the filthiest rooms ever. I have gotten nothing but a run around for a refund. The walls were so gross and dusty cobwebs over beds. Things hanging from ceiling bathroom had spiders. Dirt and objects under where the tv sits like no one had vacuumed in ages. There was an opening next to lock that you could see outside the room into the hallway. I am so tired of the run around I thought I’d help someone else out by letting them see before hand what they are getting and do not book! They said they would refund but I get a run around. They tell me it was booked through Expedia which I can’t go to because the confirmation doesn’t match. It was booked through Travelocity and they can’t refund without hotel approval. But when they call hotel they say they can’t get anyone.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. I booked a room for myself and my partner as well as a room for my father. One room was acceptable: clean was the core criteria. The second room had clearly not been cleaned whatsoever. We found feces around the toilet, an extreme musty/moldy odor in the bathroom that was oppressive, hair around the sink, and it was clearly smoked in, even though it was labeled a no smoking room. The smoke odor was so intense it made our eyes water. It was clear that the staff knew that the room had been smoked in as well because the windows were left open to have it "air out". When brought to the hotel staff, we were told that there was nothing they could do and the hotel was completely booked for the evening. Walking away from the interaction disappointed we decided to look online just to confirm, and found that it was no problem at all to book a new room. I would never stay at this hotel again and I am even more frustrated that I paid nearly $200 for one night of one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at.

If you have a family, do not go here. We had booked two nights. Came in late with two small kids so it was our only option for the night. Staff was friendly. Room: tub didn't drain. Bathroom was dark. You got a tiny bottle of shampoo that was the size of a finger and a small soap for the shower. Towels seemed fine. There were signs of mold that may have been taken care of but coming back. Overall room felt damp and dirty. Sheets were ok, husband said his bed felt damp. Good pillows at least. Shades were slightly broken. You could hear others so I'm sure they heard our kids hollering. Pool room was very warm. Pool itself was not clear. Hot tub was fine. The shower in the pool room was broken and gross and moldy. The ceiling was peeling as well. Door to the pool was broken and didn't require a card. Breakfast was ok and had decent offering in a little room. Overall this hotel had seen better days and needs an overhaul. Also, on day two when we came back to grab our stuff and leave, both our cards didnt work for the door, very odd. We took the loss on the second night and stayed at a much better, cleaner and brighter hotel.
