  This was one of the dirtiest hotels we have ever arrived at. All of the Holiday Inn Express hotels that we have stayed at, have been 100 times better than this one. The place smelled horrible, the majority of the carpets were completely wrecked and stained. It was so bad, that we ended up just taking our stuff and leaving and staying at a different hotel. It was beyond disappointing to show up to such a filthy hotel when we have always had great experiences. We do plan to reach out to see about getting a refund, but that was the least of my worries at the time. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

  Just don't. Do not go here. Mold all over the bathroom. Damp room. Absolutely disgusting. IHG needs to overhaul this place immediately.

  Enjoyed my stay here! Rooms were decent and clean. However, whoever the lady working breakfast most of the time was incredibly rude and made so many unnecessary comments to myself and others who were staying there. Other than that though it was great.

  Whoever the lady that runs the kitchen and walks around main area is, needs to be fired. Genuienly one of the rudest people you will ever meet and she constantly watches over you and comments on what youre trying to eat. Horrible service from her

  My stay was disappointing, especially compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations I’ve stayed at. We checked in before going to spend time with family because we knew we’d be getting back late and leaving early the next morning. When we returned, we realized our room number hadn’t been written on our key card sleeve, so we went back to the front desk. We were told our room was 327, but when we got there the key wouldn’t work. After walking all the way back downstairs, we were then told the room was actually 337. The keys were reactivated, and we were finally able to get into our room. Unfortunately, the room itself didn’t feel clean. There was a noticeable red stain on the carpet, and while the bed appeared to be made, the sheets and pillows didn’t smell freshly cleaned like I’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The worst part came the next morning when I opened the refrigerator and found a half-drunk, already-opened carton of milk that had clearly been left behind by a previous guest. That was extremely off-putting and made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. I’m very glad we were only staying for one night. I hope this feedback helps improve the attention to detail in housekeeping and check-in procedures for future guests.
