- JGJordan Goldberg3 days ago1.0Website advertised a checkin time of 3pm. We arrived at 8pm and our room had not been cleaned, so we waited in the lobby while the staff cleaned it. When we expressed our displeasure, the manager told us we could accept a $25 credit for our trouble or we could find a different hotel. Then the front desk staff told us this is just something that happens sometimes and since the room was cleaned within half an hour after we arrived, it wasn’t considered a big deal. I do consider a room being ready 5.5 hours late a big deal, so we will certainly never stay here again and would discourage others from staying here as well
- IAibrahim AydanSep 23, 20261.0Very very bad stuff . Not helpful at all! Bed bugs all over the hotel. Once you booked they won’t give your money back if you don’t like it. So don’t waste your time with this bullsh!t hotel!!!!👎🚫❌

- ESEmma StoweAug 16, 20262.0Our stay here was alright. We love Best Western so we thought this would be a great spot right outside of all the tourist cities of Door County, but we got to the room and it was definitely not what we booked. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was awful. When we brought up changing rooms to the front desk, we were told all bathrooms were remodeled and updated to be the same… but there is nothing updated about these bathrooms. Definitely not worth what we paid.
- IRI RGJul 24, 20265.0The Inn has improved significantly since we were there a couple years ago. Exterior has been updated & the double bed room we were in on the 2nd was also updated & it was large spacious & clean. Breakfast was Also much improved. Staff is helpful and accommodating. The blond gal (didn’t get her name) who checked us in was friendly & helpful, she also graciously took care of an issue we had later and during a busy time. Location is great, a short walk to Nightingale supper club + other restaurants & shopping.
