  From the moment we arrived, our experience was extremely disappointing. During check-in, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Prior to arrival, I had called and spoke with someone regarding adding an additional name to the reservation (4/30/26 at 7:10 p.m.). I was assured that notes had been added to the reservation. However, when we arrived, we were told that no such notes existed, which created unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The condition of the hotel and our room was unacceptable. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property, resembling sewage and vomit. Our room itself was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Additionally, one of the main amenities we were looking forward to was the pool, but it was not in working condition. This was a significant disappointment, as it was a factor in choosing your hotel. When we made the reservation, it was not known that the pool was out of order. Overall, this experience did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, customer service, or accommodation standards. I would appreciate an explanation for these issues, as well as consideration for compensation or a refund for the inconvenience and poor conditions we encountered.

  My room was clean but my sister's was not. Said under the couch cushions was filthy. Hallways and lobby smelled like Vomit/ sewer. Also not sure why the pools were filled with water if its supposed to be closed until October for repairs to be made like we were told. Elevators buttons on the 2nd floor dont work. Either have to call to have them send it up to you or use the stairs. Use to stay here ALOT in years past and never had any issues. Not sure what has changed since then but probably won't be back. Better off at the super 8 where you expect that type of stuff and not paying 180 a night

  This was a April fools joke staying here this weekend. To start off, they charged me 40 dollars a night for my ESA dog. Then was told the pool was closed indefinitely. The restaurant advertised as being here. Closed 3 years ago. I could have gotten a room for 63 a night that had better service then what I got. I had to pay 170 a night. Ice machine was out of order. This whole Hotel is out of Order. Stay some place else.

  Overall staff were friendly. Location was good. Room quality was subpar at best, showing heavy usage and poor cleanliness. Stains on bedsheets upon check-in and dirty surfaces. The headboard was falling apart and unsanitary.
