  Very happy with our stay. We even had a happy hour surprise with free snacks and beverages including some alcoholic choices. The employee working the happy hour was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were updated, clean and quiet. Workout room had what we needed, free weights and cardio machines. Pool was clean, although, we did not use it. Cute fall decorations around the entrance and sitting area. Will definitely stay again when we come to town.

  The first floor hallway smells like vomit and the floor in my room was disgusting. Yellow film on the floor of the shower when I turned it on. Extremely easy to hear noises coming from the hallway

  I would greet this visit a -5. We arrives things went smoothly. We wanted the room for 3 nights but can only get it for 2 due to you were to overbooked. So we were going to have to find a room for the third night somewhere else. When we got into the room the room had a smell. I went to Walmart and bought some Febreze and some Lysol came back and emptied the cans into the room that seemed to help. We didn't sleep very well that night because someone above us was walking very hard on the floor all night long pacing back and forth. The next day we went out I did what we wanted to do came back to the room. To heat up our dinner and watch some TV to relax. While Heating up our dinner the microwave and the tv both go out. We called the desk, an employee came down. Ask us what happened and what did we do? We told him that we don't know what happened. He did get us into a 2nd room. But this roomwas sooo terrible I thought we were going to have to sleep in the car. Or play slip and slide all night long on the floor. The floor was so slippery. I'm glad we didn't fall and get hurt my husband's on blood thinners and that would have been a horrible mess if he would have fell and cut his arm or his head and on top of that the room smell worse than the other room period And I was out of Febreze and Lysol. There was a puddle of water beside the tub and the toilet period it was just a horrible over horrible I don't think we'll ever stay in this hotel again. What a wastes $650 this experience was horrible

  I was here for two nights (Friday and Saturday night) for a wedding at the American Club. We had a king suite and it was really nice. Both days I woke to people slamming doors before 7am. Which whatever. Got an earlier start each day than I cared to do but I will say, the continental breakfast made waking early worth it! There was SO many fresh choices. Saturday was egg white omelet, potatoes, bacon, cinnamon rolls. Easily breakfast for everyone, even the pickiest eater would have been content. The next morning was equally as good with similar choiced items but had biscuit and gravy as a new option with omelets, pancakes, sweet rolls etc. The beds were comfy. There were two different pillow options and honestly, slept like a baby the second night when I used the firm pillow over the soft from the first night. Clean, nice sized rooms. Large bathrooms. Great breakfast and location. Enjoyed my stay!
