  My room smelled very strongly of mold and hotel staff did nothing to remedy the situation (nor did they care to). Booked this hotel for two nights as a part of a week vacation. This hotel was close to some state parks I was going to, and based on the reviews, it seemed like a safe bet. Well, from the second we entered the room, we were hit by a very strong scent of mold (I worked 3 years in property management and it's a very easy smell to recognize). I am very sensitive to mold as are my kids, so we immediately went and talked to the front desk. The guy working said he'd put in a work order for maintenance, but that they were completely booked and didn't have any extra rooms to switch us into. We traced the smell to the air conditioner, so we unplugged it, and had a super uncomfortable night sleep (albeit, the smell improved with the a/c off). The next day we were out hiking all day, but called the hotel around 3 to see if they had any updates. They hadn't even been to our room yet, but said they'd send maintenance there. When we returned, they said maintenance switched out the filters (this is not even a band-aid fix), and then got mad at us for unplugging it. We got back to our room, and sure enough, the a/c was back on and our room reeked of mold. We were forced to spend another night breathing in mold because they said they were still fully booked. We talked to them one more time when we checked out, and they said a manager would follow up with us via phone. Well, they never did, but you know we got charged in full for our stay. The average middle class family only takes a few vacations a year and hotels aren't cheap. You at least expect the stay to be comfortable, and if it isn't for them to make some sort of adjustments to help. So we paid nearly $500 to breath in mold.

  This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. We had a king bed and bunk beds in our room, and we had more than enough space. Centrally located about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Staff is courteous and helpful. Will def be back!!

  Rooms were large, spotlessly clean, and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was very good with the hot cinnamon rolls being amazing. Great place to stay

  The hotel is the best I have stayed at in a very long time. Excellent customer service, very clean environment, excellent breakfast buffet, and amazing atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay one you will never forget. Would highly recommend.
