Right off the interstate, but had to drive almost a half hour for dinner. Quiet.

The attendant at check in and check out was nice. The room itself was clean, however, the fridge I needed for my work food was unplugged and was not clean. I could have happily overlooked that if the breakfast wasn't a nightmare. I immediately saw mold on a buscuit. The eggs were nearly empty and swimming in fluid. They no longer have the pancake machine. The batter for the waffles seemed watered down and they tasted off, so my coworker and I decided we couldn't trust the food at all. We couldn't even take coffee to go because there were no lids.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The stains on all the bedding were so gross. Unfortunately we got in very late and didn't notice them till the morning. They were obviously old blood & urine stains. And I'm sure they have no intentions on replacing them. The place just seems very sketchy and I did not feel very safe there. When I inform the front desk person the next morning about the bedding, all they said is they would let house keeping know. This was parent family weekend for UWSP so many hotels were sold out by the time I booked one. This looks nice on pictures but it is not up to Best Western quality that I've been use to. They should be ashamed of themselves using this disgusting bedding and charging the prices they charge.

Needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Bedspread stained, towels threadbare, hair in the bathroom on the floor, hard water stains in shower, breakfast area not cleaned in between people sitting down or even having countertops wiped from spills after people serve themselves, trash behind the chair in the room, shower cap left on the back of the door in our friend’s room, cologne smell in our room, moth ball smell in our friend’s room. Easy access off the highway, water pressure for shower, and size of pool are positives. Should not be priced where it is for what you get- this is more like a Motel Six.
