I booked this hotel from 8-20 until 8-24. Upon entering my first room #309, the mildew smell hit bad. Moisture was everywhere and the blankets were damp. Couldn't even stay in the room before I requested a change. Got room #108. Walked in. Mildew smell again, but not as bad as the other. I turned the AC to 62 as it was at 70, assuming that would help. It didnt. Once I got out of the shower, the wall behind the door had mold or fungus growing. I brought this to the attention of staff. They promised to tell the manager. Friday morning. I spoke with a manager about 8:30a. She said she would have maintenance look at it and house keeping. Double checked my phone number and said they would contact me. Unfortunately that never happened. I didnt get back to the hotel until almost midnight. No one had been in my room at all. Not even housekeeping. I brought it to the attention of front desk staff. Upon waiting for fresh towels a lady was checking out. She was sick. She was on the phone with corporate and said she was checking out due to the mold and mildew issues! I will be speaking with the manager again in the morning, checking out and calling corporate. Would not recommend this hotel

We stayed at this location and were quite unhappy here. The moment you step into this facility you smell smoke. I will never stay at this location again. The employees at the desk were always busy and not helpful. The breakfast was a hot breakfast that we enjoyed. The family also enjoyed the pool. It was a clean pool and there were towels for the guest. The parking lot was a little small for this location. The smell of smoke was just overwhelming.

First let me say that because of my job I travel 5 states. I stay in hotels approximately 200+ nights a year. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel. I've stayed at. The assistant manager Crystal was completely incompetent, and never followed up with anything we spoke about. I had dirty plates in my room. Rolled up plastic bags behind the TV. And long black hairs in the shower. My head is completely shaven. When I let her know about all of this she told me she was going to take the owner to investigate the room along with housekeeping, and would call me back. She never did call me back. I reached back out to her five times and still have not resolved the issue. I never asked for a refund but she told me she was giving me a full refund for the room because they did see everything I explained to them. My charges were never reversed and she sent me an invoice with a zero balance so I could not even submit it for my expense report. I know this is a long review but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The owner never even reached out to me. I will never stay at this hotel again and I recommend no one else does either!

I have stayed at a lot of Best Western hotels all over the country and this was by far my worst experience. I made my reservation a month in advance and checked in via the app the day before. When we arrived at check-in time (3:00), we were told by the desk agent that they didn't have any rooms ready and it would take up to an hour to have our room ready. I told her that would not work for us because we were being picked up in an hour and needed to have a room to change and get ready. She texted housekeeping and said we might be able to get you in between 20 minutes and half an hour from now. She then proceeded to take a phone call to discuss her plans for the evening and go outside for a cigarette. Housekeeping came down the elevator 5 minutes later and we waited 10 minutes for her to finish her smoke and finalize her plans. I spend between 45-50 nights a year in hotels and am Diamond Platinum with Best Western because that is what is available where I primarily travel to. I was calm and polite, but still have never been treated so dismissively at a hotel ever. I cancelled our upcoming reservation here and won't be back.

Rooms are outdated and dirty. I checked in sunday and today is Tuesday. The "food" on the hallway floor that was there Sunday is still there today. I requested maintenance on the AC in my room and I was told that the service people consider these requests as "suggestions" instead of requests. They dont clean your room or change linens unless you ask, and even then only every other day at best. Calls to the front desk go unanswered and I was awakened last evening to a knock on the door from a lady who asked me i, and I quote " I wanted my world rocked for $50". Please stay away, go where they value your hard earned dollars and where they take your concerns seriously.
