Great stay! Clean room! Clean hotel! Breakfast was not a big selection but at least they had something! Staff was great! Will stay here again in the future if the price is right 😎

Rooms are very nice if not slightly claustrophobic in layout. Everything was clean the bed was comfortable. Near a lot of fast food so that's convenient and it's an easy to access location. Would recommend

Brandon is honestly probably the best general manager or customer service person I have ever worked with in many years of being a customer we had an issue and he worked incredibly hard to resolve it and managed to get it resolved. This kind of customer service definitely makes or breaks somewhere and left a lasting impression on us how above and beyond he went to resolve the problem this chain should let this guy teach a customer service class to probably the entire company

Cleanliness at his best. Quite hotel. Hot breakfast is available. Excellent location. Plenty of restaurants nearby Qdoba, Mcdonalds, Panda express are within walking distance. Metro Market is just opposite the road. Breakfast menu is somewhat repeated. 24*7 Coffee is available. The reception and cooking stuffs are very professional and resolve your queries or issues quickly.

I'd say negative zero. No tea or coffee pot in the room like all the rest in this range. Tiled floors were crummy and cold. Bedding looked clean until I checked and saw hairs and dirt under blanket. Pillows stink like they never washed them. They definitely skimp on soap for laundry because Bedding stinks. Advertised nice soap and shampoo but have Dove which I absolutely hate. TV is right over desk, like how can you work there. Whoever did this hotel messed up not putting tea and coffee in rooms or a microwave. Dont go here, Marriott yet again wins. Fairfield is much nicer, has microwave, has tea in the room and usually clean. Doors are also EXTREMELY LOUD, you can hear the neighbors tv, its not quality at all. Totally dissatisfied and will never go to another again. They aren't any cheaper than Marriott. They need to drop their price to under 50 a night or put in microwaves, tea pots, clean the linens properly and put real breakfast. Who are they fooling?! They charge the exact same as 2-3 star hotels WITH EVERYTHING yet they are cheap, dirty, stinky, poorly managed, poor execution. Im literally made I paid $100 a night for this junk over Marriott that WAS THE EXACT SAME PRICE!! Mattresses were also horrid, sunkin in the middle, loud cheap metal box spring every time you move. Seriously the whole mode of this hotel is cheap for cost but they literally are THE SAME PRICE as better hotels with everything included. I mean this is disgusting
