CLEAN and comfortable room, conveniently located, and a great staff. Upon check-in, I was greeted by name and the Guest Services agent offered suggestions for local venues as well as directions. The hotel was wonderfully quiet all night, and breakfast was fresh. Check out was quick and easy. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Waukesha.

I had an excellent experience at Avid. It was our first time at an Avid, but we will look for them again when we travel. The hotel was very clean, modern, and super accommodating. It also had all the necessities nearby. My husband had dental surgery nearby, and Avid let us check in early, and get a late check-out. We could not go out and about after his procedure. I highly recommend them. Their price was also super reasonable.

Great stay! Clean room! Clean hotel! Breakfast was not a big selection but at least they had something! Staff was great! Will stay here again in the future if the price is right 😎

Rooms are very nice if not slightly claustrophobic in layout. Everything was clean the bed was comfortable. Near a lot of fast food so that's convenient and it's an easy to access location. Would recommend

Brandon is honestly probably the best general manager or customer service person I have ever worked with in many years of being a customer we had an issue and he worked incredibly hard to resolve it and managed to get it resolved. This kind of customer service definitely makes or breaks somewhere and left a lasting impression on us how above and beyond he went to resolve the problem this chain should let this guy teach a customer service class to probably the entire company
