Was misled into thinking they would be able to cancel and refund the trip but instead they said "Nothing we can do" even though I called within minutes of making the reservation and explaining the issue. "Person" at the hotel who I spoke to was clearly an A.I. and not real. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere that actually cares about the consumer.

As well as the unfamiliar many hairs found all over sofa 😔😌 One other quick tip, the rooms should maybe smell not so musty when uou first walk in. The perks! Location, staff, breakfast -- those yummy cinnamon rolls!! 😋

- JRJoe RiedererMay 17, 20262.0The room was clean and everything in the bathroom worked properly. I connected to the Holiday Inn Wi-Fi but was directed to a log-in page in order to have access. The page didn't work. I tried to call the desk to ask about it, but nothing in the room that told me what to dial to get to the front desk. I walked down to the desk and was told to ignore the login site that pops up, and to just use the password. The password is not posted anywhere, you have to ask at the front desk. Oddly, there is no clock in the room, so I had to rely on my phone. I tried to put my phone on a charger by the bed, but the outlet was so loose that my charging puck kept falling out. I had to leave very early in the morning, so I asked if there was any grab-and-go breakfast items. I was told there was always a bowl of fruit available. At 4:30 in the morning there was a single apple in the bowl. Fortunately, there's a kwik Trip nearby that's open 24/7. Granted, these are not major issues, but when you're charging over $200 a night, I was expecting more.
