Had a four night stay here and was overall very satisfied. Booked online using a 3rd-party service and had no issues. Check in and check out were quick and easy. They did return the deposit. Room was clean and well-equipped. Air conditioning and heat worked well and the unit didn't rattle. Full-sized fridge and freezer worked but occasionally made some loud noises. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were filled. Parking was at no cost and was ample. Easy to get to off the highway. Despite being near the airport, I didn't notice airplane noise more than a couple times during my stay. At no point did I feel unsafe in the area or the hotel either. Located near the end of MCTS Route 19 to downtown if bus service is your thing. I may end up needing an extended stay in Milwaukee in the future and if so, I would gladly consider this location. Was great for this short visit to the city.

⚠️ Early flight? Confirm the shuttle before booking! I chose this hotel because it advertised complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle service. I was traveling with my family of three, including a toddler, and needed to leave around 4:00 a.m. When I contacted the hotel the afternoon before, both the 3:30 and 4:00 a.m. shuttles were already full. The only available option was 3:00 a.m., forcing me to wake my toddler at 1:30 a.m. I learned at the time there was only one shuttle van servicing three hotels. We had six pieces of checked luggage and multiple carry-ons, but the manager, Dawn, confirmed that even without the luggage, there weren't enough seats for our family on the later shuttles. The hotel did not offer to arrange alternative transportation at the time we needed it. The airport shuttle was a major reason I chose this hotel. It was not stated on the website that the shuttle was only available on a first come first served basis or with limited capacity for luggage. Had I known this, I would have called in advance before booking and chosen a different hotel. If you have an early flight, confirm shuttle availability BEFORE booking. The advertised service may not have enough capacity, with no backup option at the time needed.

This Candlewood Suites rates as one of the best long term hotels I have ever stayed I was there for 2.5 months working on the AFB Me and my crew had 6 rooms housekeeping was Excellent The hotel front desk treated us like family and for construction worker always traveling and on the road they made us feel right at home and family The manager is one of the nicest hard working lady I ever met she works so hard at that hotel and should be promoted to show other hotels how a hotel should look and run . Can't say enough about the great front desk staff from Ashley ,and Jay , Danielle wonderful lady’s and staff always going out of there way to make us feel comfortable and welcome and I thank everyone of them The outside grills and pavilion area was wonderful to have I would recommend this hotel to everyone and just want to say to them all thank you was a wonderful experience.
