  Seems to be very nice staff friendly..we checked it out b4 we decided to stay... we definitely will come back just for fun. This was a business trip.

  We've been staying at this location for almost 15 years because we were happy with the rooms, amenities, and service. Never again. I booked a room over a month in advance and requested the top floor as always. When we arrived on July 17 we were told that the only room available was on the first floor. As soon as we opened the door to the room, the stench of urine hit us. When I returned to the front desk to talk about it, I was told they were completely booked. I didn't realize the first level rooms were used for pets, and both of my daughters are allergic to dogs and cats. It was too late in the night to find something else and we were all exhausted from driving all day. The front desk handed me cleaning spray, a candle and candle warmer. I used their spray and the cleaning supplies we travel with to clean up the room before going to sleep. The three of woke up the next morning feeling nauseous from the stench of urine and cleaning supplies. I noticed my legs and arms were covered with red welts from insect bites. A manager called our room to ask about our concern and told us we could move to a room on the second level. We quickly packed up our things and moved to the new room. The room on the second level was better. No smell, but the main door would slam shut and the bathroom door would not shut all the way. Everything seemed well again until about 11:30 pm, when we heard stomping and things dropping on the floor in the room directly above us. We turned our white noise machine up a little louder, but at 2:30am the noises were still waking us up so I called the front desk. It was a weekend so I was unsure if there was a party or a business happening above us, but it was keeping us awake. The front desk told me that she's look into it. Unfortunately, the loud noises didn't stop until 4am. The following night the same type of noises began around 10pm and continued until about 3am. On Monday night I mentioned the noises to the lady at the front desk. She said the work crew works graveyard shift and it should be quiet tonight. I was very happy to hear that. The daughters and I went to sleep, but we're awakened by the stomping and dropping of item around 5am. I'm guessing the crew finished their shift. The noises continued through the morning so we all decided just to wake up early instead of sleeping in. I was exhausted and disappointed so we checked out of the room after 5 nights instead of the 12 nights we had booked. I was given 1,000 member points as a consolation. Both managers had apologized, but one manager mentioned that she didn't understand why were complaining because "the crew worked graveyard shift'. At that moment, I understood my value as a customer at the Candlewood Suites and that leaving was the right thing to do. As I was exiting the parking lot, I noticed the large number of parked construction trucks and couldn't help but wonder if that company had booked the entire top level of the hotel. If that was the case, they had spent a lot more money than I did so I understand their value as customers are worth more than mine. I will never return to this hotel.

  To other guests: PLEASE close your door softly behind you. It slams loudly if you don't. Also, be aware that floors underneath you can hear your steps. Hotels are places of rest, and you're not the only person here. Shh shh shh.

  We had a wonderful stay at Candlewood Suites. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. A special thank-you to Melissa and Ashley at the front desk. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention made our visit feel especially homey and memorable. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

  Dawn is always making sure customers are are happy & taken care of. She's always seen helping out as well. I appreciate the care she & her staff give me whenever I'm there!
