Before booking this hotel, I had never heard of Avid, IHG’s newer hotel concept. I'm glad I discovered it and decided to give it a try! I was in town for the Falcons-Packers game, and hotels in Green Bay and downtown Milwaukee were going for upwards of $300 a night. Avid offered a modern, comfortable, and exceptionally clean room for just over $100 a night. Great value! The complimentary breakfast was decent, and the MKE Shuttle to Lambeau Field picked up at a park-and-ride location about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The front desk staff was professional and friendly, and housekeeping was wonderful. A special thank-you to Cie Cie in housekeeping for finding my Falcons vest, which I accidentally left hanging behind the bathroom door, and turning it in to the front desk after I checked out. I really appreciated that! I've stayed at several IHG properties, and I found Avid to be nicer than many Holiday Inns. Hopefully, Avid represents the future of the Holiday Inn experience. **The only downside is the location, especially if you don't have a car.** McDonald's is about a 10-minute walk away, but I wasn't aware of many other dining options within walking distance. The hotel does have a small market selling snacks, soft drinks, juice, beer, and wine. Rental cars at MKE were sold out during my visit, so I relied on rideshares for the 15–20-minute trip to downtown Milwaukee and nearby restaurants. **Overall, an excellent stay and a great value.** I would stay here again in a heartbeat, especially if I had a car. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and affordable rates made this a great find! I kept your review conversational and genuine while improving the flow. It highlights the value, cleanliness, exceptional housekeeping, and transportation considerations that would help future guests decide whether to book.

Very clean hotel, and comfortable room. Maybe consider putting a microwave oven in the room and it would make it perfect!

Surprising good for the price. The staff, notably Eli, were very friendly. The room I was in was clean and modern. The breakfast, which runs pretty late, is limited in options but was by no means bad (plus it had single-serve coffee machines).
