I would like to give a big thanks to Mark and the rest of the hotel staff. Mark was amazing in scheduling our stay. I did a pool party for my babies seventh birthday. He was over accommodating and a wonderful spirit. She had a ball along with all her friends the hotel was clean. We had no problems no issues all the rooms that we reserved were phenomenal.

Older hotel in a great location. My main goal are the beds. If they are comfortable I am happy. I like a soft bed so to me it was SUPER comfortable. This has to be the softest mattress I’ve ever slept on though. With that said… it worked for me. The walls seemed much thinner than other HIE but thankfully I travel with 2 fans. LOL The people above stomped for hours and there were teenagers next door but that’s not the hotel’s fault. In a good area. Would stay again!

Stayed two nights in the king suite for a leisure trip. Pros: **One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Very soft and cushiony.** Very comfortable pillows (soft and cool) but the gf didn't like them as she thought they were too fluffy. Room smelled clean, excellent complimentary breakfast, PTAC AC unit blew nice, cool air, room was large, had DirectTV, fridge and microwave worked very well, and the staff was very nice and made check-in and check-out a good experience. Cons: PTAC unit rattled quite a bit when the AC turned on, the shower walls could've been cleaner as could the bathroom counter near the wall, 4th floor ice machine was out of order when we went, and there's only one elevator for this 4-story hotel (so be prepared to wait, or just take the stairs). Overall, the pros far outweighed the cons and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfy. We appreciated the keurig in the room, but even more, the cool coffee machines with freshly ground beans is a pretty cool feature. Good breakfast too, loved the pancake maker! I wish I would have made note of the front desk employee, he was awesome.
