  I can't say enough good things about my stay at this hotel. The staff were all great and should be proud of the job they do here. The pool and spa area are clean and well maintained. Everything is clean and orderly especially my room. The breakfast bar is well stocked and clean. Very convenient being right across the street from a Target, restaurants, and a convenience store. My only complaint is I had to leave after my trip was over!

  Mark was above and beyond welcoming and accommodating. My husband and I are extremely light sleepers (even with earplugs) so I asked for a room in a quieter area if it existed. Mark thoughtfully placed our family of 4 in a room that we could not hear anyone around us during the day or night. We slept amazing. The bed were super comfortable too. The pool kept our kids entertained for every free minute possible. The hot tub was nice but not super hot. It was still better than nothing as other hotels in the area had hot tubs that were down. In the evening as I met w a friend in the lobby, I noticed Mark tidying the chairs and he looked as though he really cares & enjoys his job; which is refreshing to see. I wish I could have personally thanked him for making our stay so pleasant. Breakfast: We offered our 9 & 11yo the choice between the complimentary breakfast at the hotel or the restaurant in the same parking lot (Berry Brunch) and they happily chose the hotels pancakes! Side note: Berry Brunch across the way was amazing - unless you prefer the free breakfast, it was 30 second walk to a deluxe breakfast. My daughter met Tom, the manager, as we were checking out. He was very kind and explained and answered all her questions about the coffee machines and how they are cleaned (as he was doing the routine machine clean as we were leaving). Overall very kind staff, great coffee/breakfast, fun pool and comfortable beds!

  We spent 3 nights here. The room was clean and beds were comfy. We enjoyed breakfast and the staff serving breakfast was amazing. They went out of their way for us on multiple occasions. We appreciate the friendly front desk staff as well. The pool had a few rough spots but we still enjoyed our time playing. Proximity to all our events was helpful too. We will be back!

  This was a great stop on our family road trip. We had a room w a full out couch and 2 queens and it still felt spacious. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast staff worked hard to get everything out for everyone. The only complaint are the towels. Corporate, please get this hotel a new towel package! The pool towels are for a small child and that’s it and the bath towels are old and tired looking. There is as also a stain on the bedding for the pull out couch blanket. Otherwise, the pool was great and the location worked well for us too.
