  Very disappointing stay at Best Western. The bathroom had visible mold and was absolutely disgusting, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The room was not up to acceptable standards, and I was uncomfortable staying there. I reached out to management hoping they would make things right, but the response was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel until they address their cleanliness issues

  We went there for an anniversary and within the first hour we were in the bed my fiancé had bug bites and when we lifted the sheets and mattress to look for possible bugs and we were surprised to see an open modelos bottle with liquid still in it and mold on the curtains we left and asked for a refund to witch we were told they would absolutely do as long as we sent these same pictures to the email they gave us and we were told that this was “not the carpet from their hotel” and they refused our refund and now they are not responding what so ever the places smelled horrible witch we tried to ignore but we couldn’t continue our stay we are absolutely disgusted and are so very upset we haven’t heard from anyone or received any sort of response besides denial absolutely ridiculous and we will unfortunately never return to another best western ever

  Only thing decent is location. Halls smell like weed (not necessarily that bad), random dogs running all over the place, and the rooms smell like urine and the bathrooms smell like sewer gas. They advertise a $50 a night charge but you end up paying $100. In NO way, shape or form is this gross "hotel" worth anything near $100 a night.
