  Clean room, breakfast was fully stocked and staff very were attentive. Couldn’t ask for anything else. If back in Racine I’ll be back

  Booked for kids to enjoy pool. Checked in and seen the pool had a sign out of order for maintenance. Would of been nice to know before the stay. 8 am had to ask for more eggs to be made. Room could of used a bit of a better job on cleaning. Hand finger prints on head boards and gross smudge spots in some places on the walls.

  I came to stay for a week for my mom’s funeral and service. We drove a long way and didn’t arrive until late. I paid for the room in full and then upon Settling in my daughter went to the Bathroom to find a nice bug on floor. Crumbs everywhere. The whole place has a very musty old smell. The elevator smells like cheap cologne to cover a musty smell. The shower is filthy and has gunk built up all over. and my fridge wasn’t working. The room we stayed in didn’t even have light bulbs in the lamps, we had to ask the front desk for bulbs. I kindly asked for a refund and that I’d like to go stay else where. I was denied. I even asked if I could pay for one night since I did check in and I was told no by the manager. said no because I paid in full. So I’m stuck in a dirty hotel that smells for a week. Lesson learned. Check your rooms before paying. Honestly the price you’re paying you can find something way nicer near by. Read the reviews and do your homework before booking! This place will make your skin crawl. 🤢 also my daughter begged to go swimming so I took her to the pool and it was ICE COLD. Not even bareable to be in. Stayed for 6 nights and only got cleaned one time out of the 6 nights I asked for service.

  My time at the surestay was amazing. Laura was so so helpful getting us checked in and making sure we had everything we needed . Hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall I really really enjoyed my stay and I’ll definitely be staying again!

  Checked in my room late 5 mins after getting my room someone walked in. Lady said oh they gave us this room. Pool didn’t work, bathroom had mold everywhere, there was something disgusting in the wall. Checked out and went to another hotel. Do not stay here.
