- LSLinda ShampJul 12, 20264.0We went here for a wedding. The staff was great. Helen was a gem. She was taking care of the breakfast station. On Saturday the day of the wedding she came back and drove us in the shuttle so we could be there a little early. My husband had a stroke in April and we were dealing with a wheelchair. I would also like to thank Anita she was very accommodating when I called back and said we now needed a handicap accessible room. Jake was also very nice when he drove us back to the hotel in the shuttle. Roxy was very accommodating. Anything we needed she was right there. The rooms may need a little attention. We were in a suite. The sink in the bathroom drained very slow. The floor in the kitchenette was sticky and the carpet felt kind of sticky when you walked on it barefoot. Also one last thing for a handicap accessible room you would think the door would stay open. It was very hard to get a wheelchair in and out, with out slamming on us. But your staff was the greatest!

I had never heard of GrandStay Hotels before, but I will seek them out when traveling. It is a beautiful building, with very attentive, friendly staff, equally nice and comfortable rooms, and a good location. Breakfast was decent, convenient. A very good place to stay.
