- SFScott FowlerJun 28, 20265.0We had a lot of fun at this place. Ate dinner at the local Supper Club. Then went to The most hated bar in Town.. had a blast there! So much fun. We will be back again.

- MSMayme StuderJun 2, 20263.0This hotel is in a great location in Minocqua, located near many activities. We've stayed here in the past, but it seems like there has been a decline in the quality. The hotel is basically clean, but it is definitely in need of some updates. It is worn out. The pool area was nice. Be aware that many outdoor entrances are not locked/secured, so people can just walk in. The breakfast was okay. Overall, probably not a hotel we'll stay at again.
- JCJody CampbellMay 26, 20261.0Well we planned a holiday weekend with other couples this past weekend. From check in until check out it was very disappointing. The lady checking us in was extremely rude. We asked where we could park our side by side trailer and she made us park at an unsecured gravel/grass lot next door. Not only was it unleveled to the point our new trailer had to drag and damage the rear of the trailer. That was bad enough but then she also charged me a daily fee for trailer parking and when we called there was no mention of this. Then we asked the bar hours and she rudely said we aren’t opening it this weekend! The only reason we booked here is because we don’t drink and drive. We paid for all the amenities but got none of them. The hot tub was floating black foam so that was a no go. The second morning we asked for towels because since Covid housekeeping is gone. We now pay more for less service. When we asked the lady said housekeeping hours are over! When we checked out my wife asked if she could speak to the manager and the lady just shrugged her off and walked away. None of us would ever stay here again. The staff was more interested in sending everyone to the Minocqua Brewing Company next door and pushing their agenda. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
