  We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Pfister. This is a historic hotel and the public spaces are really magnificent. It is a great experience to sit in the lobby and have a drink or just wander around. Our room was clean enough but felt dated…it could have used a refresh. It certainly did not feel as special as the public spaces of the hotel. The hotel’s cafe was very good—very retro feeling, but service was attentive and efficient and the food was quite tasty. The pool didn’t look as nice in person as in the photos…we didn’t try it. All in all, we had a very good stay.

  We have stayed at The Pfister a few times when traveling to Milwaukee. It’s an unbelievably beautiful hotel. You’re greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne. The staff at the front desk, and all throughout the hotel, are attentive and friendly. Our room was large with a sitting area which had a refrigerator and coffee maker, a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom, and robes and a steamer in the closet in the large bathroom. The Pfister has the largest hotel collection of Victorian art in the world, featuring over 80 amazing pieces collected by founders Guido and Charles Pfister. It’s worth the time to walk the halls to look at the artwork. The Pfister has a bar area in the lobby also a café, but the main highlight for me was Blu. It’s the cocktail bar up on the 23rd floor overlooking the Milwaukee skyline. The Pfister is in a great location. We just parked our car and walked to the lakefront, to the art museum, Summerfest and also restaurants in the area. You can walk to Milwaukee’s Public Market and the Historic Third Ward district as well. It’s no wonder I return time and time again to this hotel, not only for the location, but the outstanding service, beauty of the hotel and amenities.

  My husband and I stayed here for a wedding, and we are so glad that we did! First of all, the hotel is GORGEOUS. The service is also superb. My husband was in the wedding, so while he was off doing wedding party things I was left to have fun at The Pfister. I made myself a reservation for Afternoon Tea and it was exceptional. Juan was so knowledgeable and kind! After I went to tea, I went down to the spa to get a facial. Anara was amazing! We also ordered breakfast room service two days in a row because it was so good!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Brianna, the concierge at the Pfister Hotel! I met Brianna completely by chance while I was rushing in to provide hair and makeup services for a wedding. After getting lost twice, ending up on a parking level, and hauling my nearly 80-pound kit up the stairs, I was feeling completely overwhelmed and flustered. Brianna immediately stepped in with kindness, helped me get to the correct floor, and completely turned my morning around. What impressed me even more was watching her interact with guests along the way. She greeted people by name, made everyone feel genuinely welcome, and handled everything with such warmth and professionalism. It was obvious that she truly cares about every person who walks through the doors. Employees like Brianna are what make a luxury hotel feel truly exceptional. Her compassion, attentiveness, and positive attitude made a stressful morning so much easier, and I won’t forget it. If this is the level of hospitality the Pfister Hotel provides, it’s easy to see why it’s one of Milwaukee’s finest hotels. Brianna is an absolute gem, and I cannot recommend her—or the Pfister Hotel—highly enough!

  From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel is absolutely stunning—elegant, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, ensuring a restful night’s sleep every evening. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel valued throughout our visit. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly first-class experience. We will definitely be returning!
