They left us a gift with an adorable stuff dog, chocolates with a kind note wishing us happiness with our new baby. 💙 this meant a lot to us. The room was so unique but beautiful. Highly recommend!!!
- MMMeeshMay 7, 20265.0Stopped here for a glass of wine before seeing a ballet at Marcus Performing Arts Center. Saint Kate has a very cool, artistic vibe, with a lot to see and cool decor. Nice bar with a lot of seating and on this day they had live jazz music. I'd love to stay here sometime in the future!
- JHJason HMay 5, 20265.0Stayed here recently for a long weekend to visit breweries and a couple Brewers games. I loved the hotel. The art theme is unique, and the hotel is luxurious without being pretentious. I always felt welcome and never felt out of place. The rooms are modern and well appointed, with high ceilings and cool decor. The lobby bar was always buzzing and was a nice social center to have available, even if you don’t use it. Just walking past it when retuning after an evening out to see patrons enjoying themselves was nice. The gallery spaces were cool, nice to walk through once for me, but not a “must see” or destination offering. The location is very convenient. I was initially hesitant that it was on the east side of the river, but it was very easy to get around on foot to all MKE attractions. Highly recommended
- NMNathan McKayApr 28, 20261.0I hadn't been to Saint Kate's in some time but decided to go with my husband this Saturday and can tell you that the bar service has gone downhill significantly. The bartenders were fine albeit overworked but our server was just downright awful. She was clearly intoxicated, belligerent, rude to us and even yelled at a bartender. Whatever mystery powder was giving her that kind of energy, she could have done us the courtesy of making sure it wasn't visible on her clothing.

The decor and amenities were top notch, and the rooms had fun additions like sketch paper and colored pencils, a record player, and a ukulele! On top of the “extras”, the basic amenities were great as well, with comfortable bedding and attractive bathrooms. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, with shoutouts to Lennox at the front desk, Hannah at The Studio for accommodating an early food order, and Dan who was a wonderful valet.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check out is at noon.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guest room reservations can be canceled without penalty until up to 48 hours before your arrival date. After that time, a cancellation charge applies equal to one night's room rate plus tax. Please retain your cancellation number to avoid cancellation charges.
Is parking available at Saint Kate?
Saint Kate offers a safe, reliable underground parking structure for our hotel guests. Valet parking is available for $35 per night while self-parking is allowed at $28 per night. Both options include in and out access.
Are refrigerators, cribs or rollaway beds available?
Yes, these items are available upon request. Cribs are free of charge, rollaway beds are $25 (limited number available), and ALL guest rooms have a mini fridge in-room.
Is there a concierge service?
Concierge service is available at 414-276-8686. The concierge is located in the lobby of the hotel and will be happy to assist with special requests.
Does Saint Kate have a shuttle to and from the airport?
Our hotel is near the Milwaukee airport and does not have a shuttle service, however, taxis are available 24 hours outside the lobby and airport connection shuttle service stops at the hotel.
Do you have high speed internet access in the guest rooms? If so, are there charges?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and guest rooms for convenient email access and web surfing. For guests requiring large amounts of bandwidth access for activities such as streaming video, a fee of $4.95 will be applied and a username and password will be provided. Our property is equipped with wired and wireless 55MB internet service—our HSIA service provider is Ethostream.
Is early check in available?
Early check in may be available depending on room occupancy and will be done on a first come first serve basis. Early check in is never guaranteed.
