Laura at the front desk was super kind and efficient after my flight was diverted to Milwaukee. Thank you Laura! The shuttle was convenient to return to the airport the next morning.

I checked in at 12:38 am on 10/06 and by 12:45ish I was back downstairs checking out with Laura the front desk clerk. Upon arrival the lobby had a heavy smell of marijuana I said to myself I want be sleeping in the lobby and continued the check in process. Well I got on the elevator the floor and walls appeared to have not been cleaned since hmmm look at the pictures and tell me how long you all would say. Looks like months again I’m not sleeping in the elevator. I get off the elevator on the second floor and the carpet from the elevator down to the hallway to the room I was placed in looks like it has missed the vacuum for quite some time now. Again I’m not sleeping in the hallway. I arrive at room 206 open the door and to my surprise not surprise I find and filthy room two beds that have been slept in dirty sheets and trash from the previous guest. I captured the video of the room and couldn’t believe what I was seeing and had saw since entering the hotel. I politely returned downstairs to Laura and shared with her the video of the room she offered me another room I declined due to the many health violations and unsanitary conditions I encountered in less than 10 minutes since arriving. I was truly afraid of laying my head in any room in the establishment. I asked for a shuttle back to the airport and she told the driver who was the best part of the experience I guess the room was dirty. At that time I stated you saw the video it’s not a guess the room was filthy. I shared the video with him and his reaction was wow. I conclude by saying I am now spending the night at MKE airport until my flight leaves tomorrow afternoon. *some of the photos are blurry due to taking screenshots from the videos I captured. *the one star is only due to its required for me to leave the review

What a wickedly horrible experience. Showers are a disaster caulking coming apart at the base. In the morning you can't even get a free coffee. This is a scam operation if I ever seen one. Absolute corruption in every way shape and form overpriced rooms terrible staff. If there's any way you can stay at a different hotel do it this one is absolutely atrocious one of the worst holiday Inns Ive ever stayed in in 20 years. They should have their license revoked as this does not meet the standards that I'm used to. What a disaster.

Excellent place to relax and get ourselves together for our wedding. The hot tub and pool were fantastic. Shawn was absolutely wonderful, top notch customer service. He absolutely deserves a raise as soon as possible the way we saw him assisting other patrons as well. We will absolutely be back.

Our room smells like someone smoked an entire carton of cigarettes? It's awful. Rooms are quite dirty. Quite gross. If we weren't required to stay here for a tournament we'd have moved
