  This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Danielle at the front desk was so accommodating to all of our needs. She is truly well experienced in customer service. All I needed was a small condiment for a meal I had bought, she helped with it immediately. 10/10 would stay here again.

  Let me start with the positives- the person who greeted us when we arrived was friendly and gave us an extra breakfast coupon which was kind. The bed was comfortable and they have a Keurig brewer which made a decent cup of coffee. We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and enjoyed our time there, we were shocked how neglected and dirty the hotel is. The hot tub has a green scummy tint. Neither treadmill worked. There were stains on the couch and chair in our room (the bed was the only place I was comfortable to sit down). The ice machine on the second floor was not working with a faded sign that it was getting fixed. We took the stairwell down shortly after someone was smoking pot there and left their ashes on the floor. The breakfast did not look edible other than the few packaged items they had. I asked for an extra bath towel at the front desk as there were only two in the room and they said they did not have there. When we checked out, the elevator had a sign that it was out of order and we should us the one on the opposite end. We did not bring these to management's attention because we were there for a short stay. We will not be back and we will no longer trust IHG properties as this hotel has a 4 star review on Google and it clearly should be between one and two.

  It's been a hit or miss for us with this Holiday Inn. Unfortunately though this will be my last time staying here. The customer service was good, but there's a lot of work to improve here. We didnt have many towels when we first got to our room. Then, the pull out sofa's fitted sheet was dirty with a few pieces of dark hair on it. We did get new sheets for this. There also wasnt any sheets, pillows or blankets for this bed so we had to request them. Then, the room and hotel when we walked in smelled like marijuna. We did let the front staff know and they apologized, but this was very unfortunate and uncomfortable when me and my family including a toddler were trying to sleep. The pool was fine, but cold and the hot tub was just warm & appeared somewhat dirty. It was not relaxing like its supposed to be. The breakfast is no longer free so that's another unfortunate thing. Usually I am pretty forgiving but with all of these issues, I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it here unless things improve a lot. Again, the staff were super nice so cheers to that part. Thank you.

  As soon as we walked in the room, met with a musty smell. Stains on the comforter-red and yellow. Called down to the front desk and had it swapped out. Bug on the counter and food etc. on the floor by the beds-no way it could have ever been vacuumed prior to our stay. In town for a sporting event, so had to leave after dropping items off and came back later that evening. Kids wanted to swim, hot tub water was yellow with visible patches of dirt on the bottom and floating around. Realized our heating and cooling did not work, as well as the bathroom fan. Stopped by the front desk and they offered a room change, but it was already very late. They advised stopping down in the morning to speak with the manager. Was given a specific name to ask for, which we did, and they acted like they were not the manager and couldn’t do anything until their manager came in at 3-well past our checkout time. Friends were also staying here-their heating unit was broken too, but luckily still blew air instead of our stale feeling room. Their entire floor smelt like weed. Loud partying occurring as well. Not with the over $200 stay for a few hours of sleep, if that. If we had known, would have just slept in our vehicle.
