- KAKyle A6 days ago1.0Far from great. It was musty/moldy and felt dirty overall. We stayed two nights and had issues with the AC unit not working after the first night, so they promptly and efficiently switched us rooms, front desk was quick to respond and help. Then the second room had the AC unit leaking and making a huge wet spot on the floor, it was already late and we were leaving in the morning, so we made due. This all probably contributed to the overall musty/moldy/dirty feel. The second night we asked for extra towels. The front desk told us that they didn't have access to the towels and we'd have to wait till the appropriate staff was on site. Seems like a weird thing to not have access to since its such an easy fix. I'm not sure the breakfast was worth the price, especially considering other hotels have similar breakfasts for free, but maybe that's just part of the price to consider. It was a good breakfast but nothing special.

Plus they don’t even include breakfast after you spend $200 a night, that is another $20 per person. Not what I expected form Holiday Inn.
- ESElisa SchmidtJul 31, 20261.0Saddened at my stay. Very dirty and unkempt. The staff was okay, but not overly helpful. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and tissue paper almost right away. The towels are extremely flimsy and the bed had some stains. The rooms are not very sound proof, so you hear everything, and the breakfast, which is expensive, was cheap, dirty, and lacked choices as well as dishes. I could go on, but just find a different place to stay.
